I really liked the property’s location as it was just an 8-minute walk from the Haram. The staff was amazing and very helpful, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy with our stay and offering assistance whenever needed. Although the Iftar buffet was not included in the stay, it was definitely worth the extra charge, everything was delicious! The room was clean, and Hussain from cleaning staff was exceptionally kind, always smiling and ready to help.

The windows were not soundproof, so if you don’t get a room on the quieter side of the building, sleeping can be a challenge due to the noise from outside. Additionally, they do not serve milk for coffee, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms are slightly old but well-maintained and clean.

Close to Haram, Nice and clean environment.

The hotel name is not Dar Al Fayzeen but its now Ramada. I reached the property by location on Map but got confused as it was different name. I moved my car thinking may be its wrong location and after 30 minutes of search, I asked a shopkeeper on the road and he told me about the change of name. a very bad experience for me.

The service was perfect specially Mr. محمد صلاح the person in charge of the 17th floor. He was very helpful.

The place is near to haram. Between 5 to 10 minutes depending on your walking speed you can reach haram. There are so many kiosks(baqala) near the hotel. Small eateries are also located nearby. Hotel itself provides buffet food which I didn't try though.

Going to haram and getting back to the room using the lift is the only drawback of this place which cannot be resolved. Though many lifts are available the crowd is much more than the lifts could transport. Using the stairs should be avoided as there are dedicated floors for restaurant, cafe and 3 levels of parking..

Room 1822 Location. Once more location is ideal. Very close to the Haram just few mins walk. Location is very good. The hotel is clean and nice. Very smooth check-in. Room was very good and clean. 8 working elevators, no waiting time. A huge reception with seating areas. A lot of eating places at the doorsteps. Toilet has all the accessories required 😉. Good AC Again, its the location. Hotel is on Ajiad street, though always buisy but nearly no traffic after midnight so on your way back to Jeddah or train station, you can easily order a taxi or uber. We were happy and satisfied with our stay.

Room 1822. You will enjoy your stay but i have to mention few things i noticed which didnot affect our stay and definetly will come back again next visit. 👇 The room door not closing smoothly. Keycard has to be used in certain position (not like what the arrow points 😆) The beds are small but enough. Pillows not comfy. Toilet is clean but floor is slippery. Getting daily calls from reception asking "how things going?, are you happy with the stay?.

Breakfast was ok. The location was convenient. It is about 10 minutes walk from the Haram. There are enough elevators to accommodate the crowd which is very important. The staff was caring at the reception as well as the service staff. The service staff did stop by twice to ask if I needed anything and I received a call as well from the service desk asking the same.

There were not that much variety in the food. The breakfast room gets stuffy very quick as it fills up with people. The food needs supervision to ensure residents abide to hygiene standards. The Hotel also needs to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in the floors. I saw people smoking in the hallway on my floor.

better than we expected! The location's gorgeous, and it's super close to the holy mosque. The staff were so welcoming from the start, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated – so comfy and relaxing. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, tons of fun stuff to do. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, I'd totally recommend it to anyone.

I confirmed breakfast option while booking however at the reception they told me that it's not included in your booking. That was unexpected. Door locking was not working it took lot of time to fix that problem, unnecessary waste of time. Reception staff was very friendly. Room was small but location is fine. The hotel is clean with good access to private transportation.

Services could be more better as compared to the offered price.
