It was clean and very close to the haram and Kabbah. So it made it very easy for my parents to access the mosque and pray.

The problem I had with hotel was on countless amount of times the WiFi was not available and they did nothing to help except to fob myself off with one excuse after another.

I recently stayed at Makkah Tower and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to Haram and food services in the area. The staff were also a highlight, being both friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience comfortable.

One of the tower in which we stayed had only a single elevator to commute, which caused long wait times, particularly during busy periods such as prayer times. This became quite inconvenient. I would strongly suggest the hotel consider installing additional elevators to improve guest convenience and reduce wait times.

Breakfast was very good. Me and my Wife enjoyed every morning the delicious breakfast. Location was ideal and close to haram.

We are having hard time to locate the Makkah Tower registration Office for check-in on our first day. The Office is located in the basement I believe it should be more visible to the public rather looking to find the Main Office consuming a lot of time. Once we were use to with the location it was easy to move around but for new people it will be pain in the neck to find the main Office to check in to your room specially when you are tired and travelling from United States long way to Makkah. That was challenging.

Confusing because of 5 towers, close to haram but when you check in you won’t know where you going to because taxi will drop you off in makkah hotel but you have to go all the way underground for the reception. Biggest problems are lifts, security guards are rude & not helping, rooms are really good for families & really clean

This stay was precious as 4 of us siblings were accompanying our parents and it was their 60th wedding anniversary. We were in Tower 3 on 10th floor and house keeping Mohamed Shawky & Motiar Rahman were absolutely amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily and replenished with fresh towels. Any request such as cleaning at a particular time or requesting accessories was never any trouble and worked very hard with always a smile on their faces. We had breakfast daily with our reservations at Al Noor restaurant and what can I say about Head waiter Shazzad Hossain. He truly is an asset to the establishment. He took particular care over my disabled parents. As soon as he would see our party, he would get our table ready, and assist my parents with bringing their breakfast to the table. He would instruct the other waiters to bring juices and hot drinks. The restaurant has a very good selection of cuisines a and a variety of different foods. He even went through the effort of ordering a Anniversary cake delivered through room service. A mention also to waiter Majid Sayed who was also always available at my parents requests. It's special colleagues like Shazzad Hossain who are customer focused, that go above and beyond our expectations and the sole reason why we return year upon year. The only down fall we noticed this year was the lifts are very busy at salah times and can be a bit of a struggle. Will definitely return if the likes of Shazzad Hossain, Majid Sayed, Mohamed Shawky & Motiar Rahman are here that really make Makkah Towers stand out from the rest.

Lifts were too busy

My room was very clean all the time and the housekeeping guy Hani Abu Bakarz was very helpful. Apart from regular cleaning he was willing to help us in any way.

I got the room around 6pm because they keep on telling me that the room is not ready yet. Although I reached there around 12 and the guy at the reception told me that they have the room with stairs available when I refused that he got offended and he was never interested to listen to me. Then I got in touch with some other person and he helped me with the room .

Very very closer to the haram compared with other major 5 star hotels. Important factor was the lifts which was mostly on time with little wait. We were group of 18 family members and facilities were great. We added two adults to hotel room expecting to pay extra but hotel staff upgraded us to 4 quad rooms with haram views with no extra charge (Free). Very luxury hotel with great service. We could let our kids roam freely within haram and back to hotel as it was so safe due to very loose location. Hotel is perfectly located closer to gate 79 and umrah gate. Highly recommend this hotel due to the probity, reduced lift wait times and safety. Checking and check out process was very swift. Very helpful staff. Great service.

Nothing negative.

Wonderfully convenient location, spacious room size, great shower water pressure, delicious and varied breakfast options, helpful and friendly elevator security officers, cordial room service personnel, and super restaurant staff and service. A thousand thanks to them all. Our stay was marvellous, alhamdu liellaah. The primary hesitation we might have for returning would be the elevator issues.

The sometimes absolutely interminable waiting times at the tower elevators (some of which regularly seemed to be out of service for several hours at a time), expensive room rates, and the fact that they locked the ladies' musalla after every prayer. We would have loved to have the option of availing ourselves of this facility throughout the day and night. It is spacious, air conditioned, immaculately clean, and peaceful with a lovely view of the haram.

Location: One of the nearest properties to Masjid Al Haram. 1)The entry for Towers 1 and 2 is in front of Gate 79 (King Fahad Gate, the gate from where we go directly to Mataf for Umrah and female prayers areas in front of Kaaba Al Mashrafa, both at Mataf and at the ground level). The entry is from the Makkah Commercial Centre entry الشركة المكة التجاري،, so indeed, it is the best location at this rate. 2)The entry for Tower 3 is on the side, the walkway between the Makkah Towers and the Clock Towers. The Entry and Elevators: They are much better than the entry of most of the hotels in the clock towers, which were much more challenging when we stayed there last time. In Clock Towers, we got an elevator from the ground to the hotel lifts, which was actually a test of patience due to the rush and packed unsupervised elevators at almost all times. If you want to skip those lifts you need to take 5 consecutive escalators and reach the level of hotel elevators. In the Makkah Towers, most of the entries were much easier in comparison, saying it for my three times experiences staying there. (Towers 1 and 3) Rooms: This is one of the old-built but well-maintained properties. Our room does have a cute kitchenette ( an electrical stove top having 2 points and a water tap for dishwashing) which was a surprise to us as it was a very useful addition and not advertised in the room description. The room has a well-working refrigerator and all the usual facilities we get an iron+stand, a tea corner with accessories & a small electrical kettle, and towels/ toiletries. We took our own bathroom slippers which were helpful, the room has carpet-use slippers. Many of the bigger family rooms have few stairs which are mentioned while booking, we need to think about our possibilities and write them down about priority for non-stair / wheelchair accessible rooms if needed.

1- Makkah Towers doesn't have the room speakers fitted as some of the other hotels have, which makes it possible to hear the qira'a if you are delayed for prayer sometimes, you can join it from your room. 2- This is a comfortable property to stay in and reach quickly to Haram Al Makki, the staff, check-in, and all dealings were smooth, there is nothing really that we did not like. It is a good choice for wheelchair-accompanying families as there is no running road in between and security staff always help with ramp use.

The best part of my recent stay at your hotel was definitely the excellent room service. I stayed in Tower 6, Room 62202, for three nights, and I want to specifically recognize the housekeeper, Shajaat, for his exceptional care and attention. His excellent behaviour toward both me and my family makes me want to return to Makkah Towers the next time I visit, Inshallah. His kind nature and gentle attitude made him very approachable, and he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Apart from this, I truly appreciate the hotel’s location — it is as close as possible to the Haram, which made it extremely convenient, especially while traveling with family and a small baby.

One area for improvement would be the number of elevators. With only four lifts serving 22 floors, accessing them during rush hours was quite challenging.
