It was comfortable , good furnished,away from crowded areas , restaurants and coffee cafes and shopping ne'er by , 15 minutes from holly prophet mosque..

Reception staff are not showing a welcome and a smile when dealing with them.. need to be trained for better customer service .

Very clean , location near supermarket and many good cafes and restaurants. It had a lundry room on the roof with 2 smart washing machines and dryer. They provide 1 small ( tide ) cloths detergent per day. Theres a small playground on the roof, if you have kids it’s better to ask for a room on the roof. They also provide liquid washing detergent for plates. You get 20% off in the cafe and pizza restaurant.

The pillows were the worst Iv ever seen, high and hard, they were a torture for the neck and they didn’t have alternatives. We stayed at the hotel twice in our trip,on the first visit which was 2 nights we received an email on the same day of arrival that our room rate has been updated and changed and is more then the original booking price. After going back and forth many times with the staff they had no answer but we figured out that they upgraded us without us asking for the upgrade then charged us for it. We are in contact with booking.com to solve the issue and get a refund with the additional amount because the hotel staff , even the manager didn’t solve the problem for us. Our entire stay was amazing this was the only issue.

Location surrounding by local community mosques, cafes, restaurants, Adel (clothing store), redtag store, Alotheim (supermarket), electronic store, etc. Complete amenities, shared washing machine at RF floor, it is able to wash and dry completely. The WIFI is very stable and have a good bandwidth connectivity. Very friendly and helpfull staff (Mr Muhammad Sabri as Front office officer, also all the front office officers), and all the housekeeper staff (Mr Muslim and friends).

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with well fitted kitchen facilities and fast internet access. Very welcoming staff at the reception, very functional and adequate number of elevators.

it’s just the distance to the Haram, but the great service at the hotel highly compensated for this.

Staff is good, rooms are spacious. Location is around 6km from Haram and quba is also nearby. Parking is enough and easily accessible.

This was my second stay with them. I passed my feedback before and again that they need to better their maintenance. Their room keeping can also be improved.

Very clean and modern suite which is very spacious. Very friendly staff. Everything works well in the room and hotel: bathroom, kitchenette, WiFi in the room.

The location is a bit far from the center of town. The noise coming from one of the courtyards which was used in the evenings as a cafe and shisha place.

Rooms are big. property is very clean. supermarket, restaurants, clothing stores and coffee shops are a few steps from the property. kids playground.

Too much time for check in. there are insurance per room. they asked for family card per room and we where a group of families including grandparents and others until we got exceptions from the manager to have all rooms under one family card. morning reception are not welcoming.

comfy, and quiet, feels like your away but your in the middle of the city, very clean it new hotel and there's a great restaurant and coffee at the entrance with a discount for the resident .
