Location was superb. 1min walk to the Masjid courtyard perimeter gate. Next to Baqi cemetery. 6-7min walk the other direction to Pakistani/cheaper restaurants located just outside the ring road. We had 2 bedroom suite with fantastic view of Haram. Didn't expect it. Had an issue with bath tub but maintenance came very quickly after telling reception. Nice little basic café in reception with loads of sofa suites to relax in if you wish meet up with anyone. Lifts were not an issue considering how busy they were. Value for money compared to the other hotels within the ring road Great experience. Will use again if we are blessed with a future visit.

Check-in time highly inflexible. They have been given rules to follow so fair enough. Looks like there's been no refurbishment for a long time. Definitely in need but when they do, the rate will definitely increase considering location. No other criticism comes to mind.

Very near to "Al Nabawy" Mosque, the view from windows shows "Al Koba Alkhadraa", two entrances, one of them for wheelchair, nice and helpful staff, made wheelchair available for my aunt for all the stay time, quick and easy chick in, and good Wi-Fi. After we received the key and went to the room, the room was not ready, the room was dirty and untidy. The trash was full. The bathroom was dirty as well (but very quickly the workers cleaned the room and changed the bed sheets. The room light was very poor, only on lamp (the ceiling lamp), no lamps beside beds, only one electrical plug beside the last bed, holes beside the beds for electrical plug but bot socket, although there was kittle, there was no tea or sugar or coffee. The Wardrobe was very small with no shelves and only on hanger, no shelves. The room was very small, we were only three but here were four beds. The distance between beds was very small. The elevators were always slow and full during the Azan times.

Location in front of Masjid ul Nabwi Subhan Allah...so many Baajamat Namaz at such a place on just a walking distance paid off all...

Prior written request for early check-in was totally ignored due to the language barrier which caused us waiting for half a day after midnight flight which was a very big drawback otherwise location paid off all pains and hurdles.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is a 5 mins walk to the Haram. The hotel was clean and there where basic toiletries in the bathrooms. The hotel also had a kettle.

There where no cups in the room even though there was a kettle. This hotel is around the back of the Haram so even though the hotel is a 5 min walk away, the women have to walk another 5 mins to get to the front entrance to get into the masjid.

Fantastic location. 50 steps and you are in , fantastic view from hotel, good for family and old people . Staff was very helpful . No breakfast, but you can go by walk masjide bilal just 7 to 10 min walk , there are some good Pakistani Rastaurant .

They gave us one key only but after we request they gave another key.

The location of hotel is very convenient. It is near women's gate very near the court yard of the mosque. The staff of the hotel was courteous and supportive.

The room was not spacious as it appears that four beds were fitted in the room having a capacity of two beds.

Location is very good to opposite to Mosque, but they have to improve the cleanliness in room to keep safety lockers & dress hangers in cupboard, rest of the things are satisfied.

Parking not available but they are mentioning in details that it’s free but it was road side parking that is problematic as during prayers the routes closed so you can’t reach out hotel on vehicles.

1-payment was not processed through visa card so we had to arrange cash 2-Check-in time was 4 pm,but room was not ready until 4:30
