I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the spacious washrooms, and the elegant lobby. The hotel's location was exceptional, making it very convenient for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site facilities, especially the restaurant, the museum, and the food court within the museum, which added a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay.

I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff during my visit, particularly the security guards and the reception manager, Mr. Shadi. Despite requesting parking in advance, I was denied access and told to park 10 minutes away near Bilal Mosque, while others appeared to receive preferential treatment. The security staff were rude, and Mr. Shadi showed no interest in resolving the issue or ensuring guest satisfaction. It felt like parking passes were being distributed based on personal connections rather than fairness or prior arrangements.

Every Thing was good except the parking they didn't provide when i mentioned there is space in basement that i saw by my self then the staff of the parking missed behave which was totally unprofessional ( Allahumdulillah he was only in charge of parking , if he was handling other duty will be totally chaos )

Good Location clean and very close to Haram

Location, Location, Location! This property is around the corner from Masjid Nabawi's southern entrance. Can't be more than 600 steps to the masjid! The hotel itself was new and OK too. It will probably be grimy in a couple of years. But right now, it seems to be only 2-5 years old. Facilities are still clean.

Cleaning staff didn't come frequently if at all. They emptied the garbage in the hallway but nothing else. If you know English or Arabic, you will be fine in this hotel. The staff, were nice too.

Everything was good, except that due to the location being in front of imaam, u have to be xtra early for waqt in order to stand behind imaam, as sometimes the block the entry inside harram if u late, then u cannot stand behind imaam. Biggest bonus is that U are close to our beloved nabi s.a.w qabr for greeting.

Everything was exceptional! I would recommend this at the first place! Good value for the money! The receptionist and the manager service were on top! VERY CLOSE TO THE MOSQUE NABAWI! Only a minute relax walking you can reach the mosque! The room that you received value as what you paid. Not that fancy, but comfortable enough :)

THE BEST PART IS DURING THIS HOLY MONTH OF RAMDAN THE HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO HARAM U CAN MOVE EASILY AND SHORTLY GET INSIDE THE MOSQUE HARAM.OVERLL ALL IS OK NOTHING FOR COMPLAIN RECOMMENDED

DURING THIS HOLY TRIP TO MADINAH THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY WE DNT LIKE ALL IS OK ,AND NOTHING TO SAY ALL IS OK AND ACCEPTABLE

The location is just 3 minutes walk to Harm. Beds are comfortable and good to sleep on. The Acs are very good. Free hotel basement parking Clean bathrooms and spacious water supply.

Internet is too slow inside the rooms. The Saudi managers of the hotel never ask the residents if they need anything. Hotel Parking is so little that ur parking is on luck.

Staff was good and friendly

Internet was only accessible if you sit next to the entrance door. They only provided us two bath towel and other utilities for two whereas our booking was for four persons. I asked them to provide us for remaining people, they said they will but they never did. Rooms are a bit small.

This is place is a walking distance to the Haram and very convenient for limited mobility persons. It is very clean and quiet allowing you to focus on your mission. I also like the size of the room which is very comfortable!

I have not had chance to witness anything unusual on the property

Good location with just 2min walk to 307 gate of masjid.
