Location is excellent. Often I managed to pick the jamat in haram despite being late. Staff is very good and cooperative. I didn't have full amount in my card at check-in but the desk support officer said no issue and allowed me to pay partially. Checkin and check-out was easy as 123. Shah Alam (support staff) was so amiable and treated my son like his own. Other staff was also really good. Ghamama mosque and the whole food court/piazza for gathering is also just a minute or two walk away.

Breakfast is too expensive (25SAR per person) and the menu is useless. Our whole group managed to do better breakfast in less than 25SAR from Pakistani restaurants (but they are across the bridge). There's no control over smoking in the lobby for each floor and due to the huge group of Indonesian pilgrims residing there, there used to be a smell of seafood etc at the ground floor lobby (during meal timings) as Mezzanine floor is connected by stairs. And this doesn't give a good impression for any hotel if a food smell is the first impression on entrance.

Excellent location for men, for ladies section it is about 5 to 7 minutes walk. For ladies salam area gate number 25 it is almost 12 minutes walk as it is diagonally opposite.overall good.

While I understand that the bathroom is small, it is manageable for a one-night stay. Regarding the breakfast request, upon inquiring at the reception, the receptionist was informed that the cost for my family would be 45 Riyal in total, and I could pay after breakfast. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that the charge was 45 Riyal per person, which seems excessive. As a result, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Thank you for your understanding. "“I kindly request that the hotel's rules and regulations be clearly communicated to all staff members to avoid any misunderstandings or inconvenience for customers.”"

Perfect Location! I knew it was near the Masjid, but when I reached the hotel, it is basically next to it. it takes me 5 minutes of walk to reach it out. and we had also the Masjid as view

More instructions about how to ask for cleaning services for the room! I though it would be as usual, but it turned out you need to ask for you to get the room cleaned

I had a wonderful stay at Mirage Al Salaam. The location is exceptional—just a 4-5 minute walk to the Haram boundaries, making it incredibly convenient for reaching the Salam Gate. While it's not a high-end hotel, it offers great value for the price and provides a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable option nearby.

Can't think of much but the bathroom size was small and I was aware of it.

There was water on the floor in the bathroom. But, the staff left a floor wiper there for us to use. It is not a major issue. Probably a mistake during the build. Nothing the staff can do anything about it. I read some of the negative reviews and was dreading to stay there. But, my stay was good. Clean bedroom/ bathroom, restaurants on walking distance. Masjid Nabwi >> walking distance. Over all a good experience. I did not book breakfast, so cannot say anything about the restaurant. I saw all kind of nationalities, Arab, African, South East Asia, All colours and races. That was my experience. I wish you a good stay as well.

The location just outside the gate no 316 and you can see the Rawda mubarak the inside gate 1 from the outside exactly. It is a blessed opportunity for me to get the hotel here

The door lock is having issue for the room no #320 you need to keep the card against the locking liver and try to close it and as the card pushes it while it is getting closed and tada the trick worked for me. Praise is to Allah subhanwatala :D who guided me to close the door with a trick.

We like breakfast, has plenty of options of Arabian food and loads of variety for the cereal, original Arabian coffee, the chick peas and chicken curry are great with Arabian bread, they are so delicious and tasty. They also comes with variety if yoghurt, plenty of fruit juices and bread..

It just the bathroom a bit of quirky..because when we had showers the water came out from the shower cubicle which cause flooding on the over. There is a sweeper that needs using it to mop the floor as frequent as possible or the floor will be flooded.
