The hotel gave us a room with a view (room 601). My children spent their day watching people out the massive full length window and could see the masjid nawabi. I loved the view the most. It literally took us a few minutes to walk to the masjid with kids. The location was perfect for my family. We entered the masjid through gate 318 which is near women’s prayer section. Room itself was nice size, we put the 3 beds together as we had small children. Internet was not always available in the room, was intermittent. Housekeeping were efficient and friendly. We checked out after juhr namaz, they didn’t pressure us to leave early. I loved this hotel, highly recommend them.

Close proximity to AlHaram. Easy entry/exit as there are 3 access doors to the hotel. Room size is nice for 3 beds, not too crowded. The aircond in the room switched on and off intermittently, not sure if it was faulty, but we preferred it. Otherwise, it would have been too cold. Extra beddings in the closet.

Soaps - it's better to provide shower gels. The shower needs to be changed, water pressure is weak, and the hose is loose. The scent in the lobby. We booked via Booking.com and were informed that payment is to be made directly to the hotel. We weren't told that the booking price didn't include taxes and charges. Usually, Booking.com would quote an all-in price, but we were told by the hotel that this wasn't the case.

The room was clean and spacious. I love the location of the hotel. Less than an 8-minute walk to Madinah's door. The hotel is behind the emaam line hence you can easily pray outside the hotel if needed. You can travel there with the elderly and kids as it is very close to the haram. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept my bag for 6 hours after my checkout because of my train timings. Best thing I liked, there was always a cold water cooler available outside the room for everyone for free. You can top up water whenever you need.

Everything was good. Nothing to dislike but I would recommend having a microwave for everyone to use. As sometimes you have food to warm up and kid's milk or kid's food to warm up. That was the only bad thing i felt.

The hotel provided excellent access to amenities with availability always ensured, which was incredibly convenient. The room service was outstanding, with exceptional support from the staff who were attentive and prompt. Additionally, the flexible check-in and check-out times added to the overall convenience of our stay. The Wi-Fi services were satisfactory and met our needs. Car parking was also available, which was a great bonus. The room decor and bed were in very good condition, adding to the comfort of our stay. The location was perfect, and the facilities were well-maintained.

Reception clark and sales man agent was unprofessional coz I changed my booking i add one night in check in and other one in check out and i paid cash money in reception i found clark ring door bill on my room in Tuesday and asking me to leave the room and force me to make check out I explained to him i change my booking and paid extra money he said it was mistake and I should leave and this what happened i was very unhappy.

Close to Haram, v clean, although you didn't get the room services cleaning you just need to let them know when your not around. Checking in was quick and painless, they're were very polite at the front desk, room service was quick and efficient. You can checkout and they will keep your luggage on the side, I checked in early and as the room was already available they were kind enough to allow me to check in early. I was very happy with the staff, if they couldn't understand you they would find someone who could speak English to take the call and assist. I strongly would recommend and Def would come back and stay here again.

The interest was not that great, sometimes it was perfect then it was a bit sketchy. There was no hot water and the lifts are very slow and it gets busy during prayer times. These are not a big issue in my opinion in the grand scheme of things it's a great hotel and they do try and make your stay as comfortable as possible therefore I think to be mindful if having hot water and internet are very important then probably would be an issue for you here, but if you ring the reception they sort out the internet pretty fast. Very reasonable for the price and since it's usually hot all year around except winter I believe there isn't much to complain about. Still will be coming back regardless of the minor issues.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It is beside gate 318. It has line of sight to masjid nabawi. It is Abt 150m away from gate 318 and an empty land is in between hotel and masjid. In the open land, red nabawi carpets are laid down for jemaah to pray as well so In essence, great if you want to pray near hotel.

Wifi is weak! It's almost impossible to get if your room is far away from the lift lobby.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager at the desk was really helpful and made us check in way earlier than we were supposed to. The very big plus point is that the prophet's masjid is at the doorstep of the hotel with some really good shops located around. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will rebook in the future (In"sha'Allah)

Perfect location, and clean and nice rooms.

I arrived at check in time and there were two employees at the reception. Without any explanation I was simply told that I had to wait. After half an hour and while other guests were already being checked in successfully, I asked again.again and got my key card. Unfortunately, the employee didn't seem very concerned to be hospitable.
