I stayed with family for around 5 days, the welcoming staff was very nice and helpful, the leaving staff not so much, the triple bed rooms are nice though a bit small, very clean, and overall rather comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from but I did notice the pastries don't get refilled as much as one would like, the pastry plates are usually empty in the first half hour, but on the other hand, there are a lot of other dishes to choose from so you don't have to worry about staying hungry, and finally the location is excellent, very close to al masjid al nabawi and all the nearby souks and markets. so all in all, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its cleanliness, evident from the moment I entered my room. The staff adhered to all advised safety protocols, making me feel comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel's proximity to the Haram was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy access to prayer and religious activities. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and fast, which was essential for staying connected during my trip. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, adherence to guidelines, proximity to the Haram, and excellent internet service.

While the hotel itself offers exceptional amenities and services, I found the prices at the restaurant to be quite high. Despite the quality of the food, the cost may deter some guests from dining onsite regularly. However, there are plenty of alternative dining options nearby, allowing guests to explore different culinary experiences without breaking the bank. So, while the hotel restaurant offers convenience, guests may find better value for money elsewhere.

It is a new hotel. That can explain the high price per night. Double room was so tiny.

It is quite far from Haram. Families with children will be walking a lot to reach Haram. With the same price, there are much closer hotels to Haram.

Super close to al Haram! Clean and comfortable rooms! staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Medinah.

Breakfast wasn't included and was a bit expensive. I wanted to try anyways so when I was did, I was underwhelmed for the price. Pretty standard breakfast layout I was seeing in Saudi. Tasted fine but not worth the price.

I think the location was very good and walking distance form the masjid. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the housekeeping team to the check in team. Jumana was very helpful with helping me order a careem to the station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The check in process at 4, not convenient, and as you need to checkout by 12, the timing isn’t great and can be very difficult after a long trip. The bedding had a smell, so perhaps the linen wasn’t changed or pillow need a deep clean

After reading some of the contradictory reviews I was unsure on whether to book this hotel but I’m glad I did. I usually don’t leave reviews but some negative reviews almost made me book elsewhere, so I thought I’d help anyone else visiting. It is very modern, clean and a suitable distance from the masjid (around 10-15 mins walk). The main thing I look for in a hotel is that it’s clean and both the bedroom and bathroom really were clean. I booked a room for 4 people and considering it had 4 beds in, it was very spacious and even had a seating area with a sofa,chairs and table. If you’re also unsure on which hotel to book I’d say just go for this, as long as you don’t mind walking.

Didn’t have any problems/anything I didn’t like about my stay here. Already expected a walking distance of around 15 mins so wasn’t a problem for me.

The downfall on this stay was that we asked the staff if we could extend one more night, they told us that the hotel is fully booked. So we booked another hotel through BOOKING which was ( Assafa Alzahbia), when we went roto check in for the (Assafa Alzahbia) , we found that both hotels are joint and they either have the same owner or operating company. What made us upset was that the (Assafa) staff didn't even offer to check in their sister hotel although we asked for an extension in the check in and asked again in the second day. We understand that it is a busy season, but we were surprised that we booked the new hotel and found that after checking that they are connected.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests or questions. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering plenty of comfort and space to unwind. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Additionally, housekeeping did a wonderful job, ensuring the room was thoroughly cleaned and freshened up daily. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided.

It’s only an 8–10 minute walk to Madina Gate 310, which is convenient for men. However, women may need to walk an additional 5–8 minutes to reach their designated prayer area.

Modern design, good tech, very clean, good Wi-Fi, fast lifts, nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the South West gates of the Haram Courtyard. An additional 5-10 minutes for sisters who want to pray in the indoor female section of the Haram. I believe the restaurant is open although I didn’t book breakfast so I didn’t try it.

Room was cleaned daily and water refilled in room. The hotel staff was exceptional and any assistance required was promptly attended to. The reception staff was always helpful and the entire area was clean and clean. They informed me of everything that the hotel was able to offer and ensured that we were well looked after. The location is a bit far as its a good 7-9 mins walk away from the haram outside gates. I liked this hotel and would recommend it.
