I am a solo traveler so I got whole room for myself with 3 beds , for a price that’s amazing. Room was clean , quiet, A/c was working well , only thing is the shower room is small but is ok ) and staff speak English well and they are approachable. Masjid is 2 min walk from hotel 🤩

The key has issues to open room door but I figured it out , it need little different insertion then standard 😝

No breakfast but the location was good, near at Masjid Al haram it easy to find because its in the highway

The room, maybe a little bit spacious, the toiletries toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo conditioner, and soap must be complete I think thats better.. Next is I suggest also to have kettle, to make tea or coffee and also ironing set.

Booked Haya al Hawa last minute while at the hotel due to complications from my initial hotel. It's basic but perfect location to Al Nabawi Mosque, Literally 2 minutes walk

Very basic hotel. The room was small and crammed with 4 single beds (there were 2 of us). Had nowhere for suitcases, had to use one of the beds for suitcases.

The location was excellent. The room is clean and neat. It has all the basic needs of solo travelers in Madinah. The internet is a plus since many other better star hotel stink at the internet connection. Lots of nice places to eat. I was hesitating at first since the reviews were mostly so bad and I prepared for the worst. Well, it was better than I expected.

the front desk has limited English so communication is a bit of a struggle

location is great Room size was good for us .. room was clean...Ac was working fine.. bathroom size is also good ...Highly recommended distance from hotel to Harm is only 3 minutes very close to Haram(gate no (309-310) Near Food court and Pakistani hotels pizza shops,, dates market ..

Carpet and window dirty And very difficult to use for room key card. Long time to open maybe I was standing 5 minutes

There was a certain smell in my toilet. Which was uncomfortable and an Iron was missing in the room I had to go out to iron my 2 shirts

clean room and comfortable stay ,I would like to give hotel management a suggestion as they have provided all the facilities and the hotel is in close proximity to the mosque also please provide restaurant services also along with breakfast option

Good location near Madina mosque, clean rooms , suitable for best cheap price.

Small rooms but I think it's suits the price I paid and it's near the madina mosque comparing to other expensive hotels around.
