Very near to Haram, very economical, street food, shopping for Ajwa and other stuff easily accessible. Abdullah and all the staff were very cooperative. Will definitely visit again.

Location very near and we arrive early we ask for early checking and we got it thanks for the person who was a big heart I dnt know his name maybe he was the manager I make duah for him the way he make ease for us may Allah give him more than that here an hereafter . Even we book Quad room but we got a suit with seven bed and 2 bathroom without any additional fees , this hotel is value for money . I could easily go back and forth, especially after prayers, which was a huge plus. Customer Service The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was being treated as a valued guest. The *receptionists were friendly*, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more pleasant. Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean. Housekeeping does a fantastic job maintaining the rooms, and everything was fresh and neat. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the linens were pristine. It’s clear the hotel values hygiene and cleanliness. Room Quality: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made for restful nights after a busy day of prayers and sightseeing. Very Near from Masjid E Nabwi

Rooms are small & washrooms don’t have towels.

The housekeeper Habib has been very supportive by providing us with what ever we needed.

According to my booking the room should be ready by 14h00. I reached the hotel at 18h15 after 5 hours drive and the rooms were not ready. I had to wait in the reception and no-one was bothered to get me the rooms until I go back to the reception. According to booking.com the following services are available closet, wardrobe and hairdryer but the hotel staff said the hotel don't provide hangers and hairdryer.

I ordered for two quadraple rooms but got one room with 4 bed and the other one only with 3 bed. Futhermore, there was only one toilet for all 8 of us, it was bad. I did not alert the receiptionist as my mother asked me to just be grateful that we got rooms, aside from not having enough bed, all other stuff was pretty much okay with the price, the room a bit small, but as it near the mosque, its okay, and there is a food stall below the hotel made it easy

All staff members were very nice and caring. Reception team Mr umar and other supporting staff Mr Ismail and Mehmood. They respect their guests fulfill commitments except room capacity. .

Room space was not sufficient. They actually converted 4 bed room into 5 bedroom. . Rest of experience was excellent

the manager is the most considerate, empathetic, kind-hearted person i have ever met. He upgraded us to a bigger room, booking.com only had the option for 4 beds on that date we needed 5 or more beds. He got us a room with seven, Did u hear me seven beds and two toilets.i didn't know these rooms even exited, and he didn't charge us. The rooms are big with upgraded clean toilets 👌. I will be coming back to madina, hopefully every year because of my experience here.

There's nothing i didn't like.

Didn't like the attitude of an individual. He looked at us like we were beggers. We paid alot of money for 3 day stay. Yes we got their early morning and check in wasn't till 4pm . His attitude was very disrespectful. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have walked away. The old guy came after some hours and showed great love and respect. Location was great room.was small but its just right to have a nap and freshen up

The staff was friendly and would assist you with all of your needs. Much of the credit for my wonderful experience goes to the staff. From the time I walked in, I could feel their love and kindness. They genuinely smiled when they greeted me and made an effort to make me feel at home. The hotel's allure was further enhanced by its endearing personality. The interior design demonstrated a subtle fusion of comfort and flair, and the space felt like it had a backstory.
