The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Right size attached bath and toilet. Lifts are mostly available although very big number of visitors staying at this hotel.

The reception staff need to be more professional. There is no point telling me that I booked the room on a low price through booking.com although this room must be more expensive to stay. The reception staff did not have the change to return my balance and advised me to collect at checkout. Same staff was not available at the checkout time and the lady at the reception was unable to find any document that mention what they owe me. I was unable to collect the balance because I was getting late so left without money. Anyone staying there must collect any balance at the time of payment. (Mostly hotels accept cash only)

comfortable room, cleanness was ok (even if the floor under the beds was not well cleaned) several places very close to the hotel to eat good food for cheap price, and buy daily food/drink needs

15 min walk from hotel to masjid nabawi, which is ok when you are not with children and elders

Staff members were very practical all of mouth, Maryam and the supervisor Mohammed Jamal was really supportive. Location was too close to women gate (prayer). Market/ shops were just around.

Room was good, need to check if it’s clean or not.

No Indian & Pakistani Restaurants Nearby.I know During Ramadan Period people hurried for Iftar but the Reception was stuck in traffic and the current Reception didn't wait for a replacement to allot room to us.

The beds were clean, the room was okay as far as the space is concern but the location was very good and the rooms were cozy..

The receptionist were not helpful at all. One of them deducted twice from my account and then the refund was not in the form of cash, ive to call them like hundred times amd its still pending. Secondly, there is no parking at the hotel

The receptionist was very slow during check in. Providing only one access card is not enough as there's already a card needed to gain power in the room. Wifi service is poor.
