I loved the atmosphere, the staff, the meal variety at the restaurant and the closeness to Masjid Nabawiyy both for male and female section because the hotel is directly opposite gate 320 which is very convenient for going to the men’s section or women’s section. I would like to particularly comment on the Housekeeper Al-Mughair and the Housekeeping Manager Sanowar Saikh who ensured our stay was excellent throughout. We were there for the last ten nights of Ramadan and it was blissful all through.

- When we arrived at the hotel, the bellboys and receptionist welcomed us very well, with refreshing towels and drinks, we apreaciated that very much, thank you Shahid and friends :) - We requested the two single beds in our room to be combined together, and the room service did that for us. - The haram view is good, we can see the situation around Al Masjid an Nabawi clearly from our windows. - The elevators were not that crowded around prayer time, I think they have enough elevators in proportion to the number of rooms/guests. - The location is good, to enter Al Masjid an Nabawi via gate 318/320/322, just go straight from the hotel's entrance. - We got a daily call to check if everything is okay for us, and we also offered to have a complimentary afternoon snack in the restaurant. - We were allowed to have a slightly late check out because of our circumstances that were not allowing us to leave on time, we are really thankful for that :)

- The breakfast food was delicious, but unfortunetaly there was no rice during our stay. - The breakfast started at 7am, we hope it could be started even sooner, e.g., 6am or even before that, like immediately after Fajr. We skipped breakfast few times because 7am is too late and we needed to leave hotel before that.

The hotel is modern/brand new, rightly located and the best service, fast and efficient!

Breakfast. It was very bad quality, taste and variety. If they improve breakfast quality, taste and variety they can do really well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional service that truly stood out. A special thanks to Fayzullah and Rahul at restaurant for their kindness and support, especially in helping me take breakfast to my room for my grandmother that was sick. The staff were warm and thoughtful, and the hotel even offered us dinner. I’ve stayed in more expensive and much bigger hotels, but none had this level of genuine care. We felt as staying in some family’s house. I’ll definitely return, incha’Allah!

Breakfast with a view of Haram was a great start every morning. Very friendly and cooperative staff.

We were surprised and thankful that our room was upgraded to Haram View. The location is good for pilgrimage as it is located next to Masjid Nabawi. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast team, Mr Foyez, Mr Rohul Amin, Chef Foyez and their team is friendly and great handling the crowd during the peak time. They took care the customers excellently. I have no complaint about the service and the food Tulip Inn hotel room is ample, and has good space to accommodate our party

I liked the staff. Dealing professionally, starting from the hotel door. The restaurant staff are greatly helpful and friendly to all guests. Nice buffet . V good arrangement in the restaurant. I like again to thank restaurant staff as really I enjoyed room food with an excellent staff and extraordinary service

I recently had an incredible stay at this hotel during umrah, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is near the Haram. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Faizullah and Akhter, who were truly amazing. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I can’t wait to return. 100% recommended.
