Room was great, but when arrived it was not the booked room, and they gave another room which was not good. However, they changed it starting from the second day. Location is great and the Haram view was exceptional.

Elevators were busy almost all the times, specially before pray times. Although booking using the credit card, where the booking detail said that the money will be withdrawn at any time, they asked for payment by the physical card upon arrival and that was a little bit annoying due to some problems during payment.

Very affordable hotel. Hotel is right in front of Nabawi masjid, very close to women prayer area but not too far for men prayer area too. Entrance to Rawdah is gate number 37 and it is on the right side if you walk from the hotel and women's prayer area. Waiting time for check in and elevators is not bad either, the staff is also friendly. I recommend bringing your own towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste because the hotel doesn't have that kind of stuff to offer you but they aren't that big of a deal either.

Close to haram

I had booked the room for 2 days and the second day no cleaning was done irrespective of inform at reception.i waited at reception to inform of checkout but reception was not available for checkout and I had to leave to catch the journey back That was very minor issue but Alhamdulliah hotel was very good and location was excellent and would like to book again and again and recommend to all my office colleagues

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The best part was the location—just a short walk to the Haram, which made things very convenient. However, there was a strange smell in the parking lot, and unfortunately, it lingered inside my car as well. It would be great if the management could look into this.

I used to prefer the Hayah Golden Hotel over rest because of its location. The staff is well cooperative. The receptionist and one of their staff Mr Hafeez are praiseworthy, they welcome you with an open heart.

Room was excellent clean and neat ,above our expectations. Alhamdulillah location is very very close to Masjid Al Nabawi.Subhanallah.. No parking required for us. Approach to taxis easily available and the frequency of taxis also very good.

Every thing was superb.Reception was excellent,prompt and convincing.

Appreciate the receptionist Ms. Bushra, Ms. Safia and Ms. Manara. They were very cooperative and helping nature. Felt very happy to meet them. Will visit again because of their professional behaviour. 😇🫶

Conjusted parking. No parking this was hectic for us. Spoiled our mood to ear food outside because once we park our car we cannot go outside.

Location in the perfect spot, Just facing Haram to the women gates "West Wing" , We met the hotel manager in elevator while going to check-out and i had a special request, he facilitated it to me immediately. There is ATM just next to the door , mini market under the hotel, restaurants around. Taxis available in front of the hotel

Property was very close and in front of Haram. Staff was very cordial specially Alaa at the reception and Minto from the support staff.

Cleanliness and no one visited the room during our stay for room make up until unless asked from the staff.

The location is premium for its price The triple room is spacious. The staff is welcoming.

No towels, no teabags or water bottles. I had to ask for towels, and they brought me two. I had to ask for someone to clean the room and change the sheets on my third day.
