Hotel was very nice, beautiful and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Shuttle service to Haram at prayer times is also very good.

Since they do not enforce line at shuttle, people jump in front of already waiting people for the shuttle. The hotel should enforce line for the shuttle so people can have good first in first out experience. There are multiple shuttles but second or third shuttle comes late. At prayer times, all 2 or 3 shuttles should come quick next to each other instead of waiting 10 minutes for the second shuttle.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The duty manager (Motasm) was exceptional; he’s an asset to the hotel. The main foyer is beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel room was very nice; very clean and the bed and bedding were so comfortable and of very good quality. The shuttle buses that take you and bring you from the mosque for every prayer. Nice coffee machine in room.

That guests can smoke in the room. Even if clean, it leaves a residue and spoils the experience especially if someone is sensitive to smoke. Needs better catering provision.

Comfortable and luxurious hotel in a quiet location. The hotel is maybe old fashioned but yet luxurious. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Guest relations employees are top class, very respectful, polite and helpful. One lady at the reception desk was also remarkably welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing time at the hotel.

I would gave it 10 stars if the price included a breakfast. We opted for no breakfast so we can’t tell how was it but we thought it was a bit overpriced. Also some receptionists could be a bit more friendlier and take example from the guest relations employees on how to interact with the guests (except for one lady from the morning shift who was remarkably polite).

Big headache every time I went to restaurant, telling me I should pay upfront, even th fough I offered that money is blocked from my credit card for the purpose, I was told nit to worry and that it was not necessary. So on and on every day, no you must pay/yes you can sign on the room... The problem with this is it makes me feel that I am not trusted, which is uncomfortable. Problem is now common everywhere and I hope hotels find a better more welcoming way to deal with it.

The hotel is a big hotel with very impressive layout. For pilgrims there is a shuttle service 5 to 6 times a day to Masjid Haram. Overall a very nice hotel

check out. I have been asked by the front desk lady to wait till the room is checked by the housekeepers, before allowed to go. I expressed my concerns to her and told her this is unprofessional and unacceptable at any rate. I told her if any thing in the room is missing or damaged, you have our contact information, so the property can take any action against us. I told that I am a professor at the college of Medicine and my wife is a university vice president, who come you put us in such a situation. very unfortunate and unprofessional behavior.

We were given connected room with zero sound isolation We struggled to sleep with the people in the next room chatting and watching TV You can hear their phone ring and all conversations, coughs and sneezes like they are sitting next to you. Even their luggage zipper ! To be fair we were offered to get a room change at night after I complained , but my mother was too tired to start packing and change the room. Just make sure you don’t get such a room… Otherwise it was a nice stay…

The hotel location is excellent and the services you are providing for visitors especially the shuttle bus from hotel to Haram attract people the most to choose Le Meridien Medina for stay. I hope you consider increases the buses numbers in Ramadan month in Sha Allah. the staff are cooperative, kind, and helpful. The receptionists are excellent and offering outstanding service for guests to make their stay enjoyable and memorable. The food are good with variety of selections for all meals. One point you may need to consider is to lower the accommodation cost especially during the high seasons for better completion with other hotels. Thank you,

Entrance, lobby, room ambience

Food taste of in room service to be improved, as we cannot depend on buffet. Also the timing of bus service to be improved its not practical while returning up back to hotel It seems they operate a single bus on the route so the timing is kept shorter while pickup from Haram. Also the bus service provided during Asar was very hot not properly prepared by switching on AC. If a person want to go for Ziyarah Rasool Allah he cannot come back in bus to hotel, he will miss it and then getting taxi is very difficult we need to bargain in between 20 to 50 SAR.

Perfect location near a lovely promenade and some fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is modern but has a distinct Saudi style: dignified luxury, nothing flashy. My room had lots of space and all the basic supplies, including many free water bottles. I could adjust the AC and tightly close the blackout curtains, which is why it was the best sleep I had for a long time. The personnel were very welcoming, friendly and quick to help. Highly recommended.
