The hotel is very close.,3/5minutes walk depending on your walking pace. Enough lifts, therefore don’t need to wait to long. Reception staff were very help and efficient, and dealt with any issues promptly. The staff who dealt with the luggage were so helpful. Well done everyone and thank you so much!

I have nothing to complain about. I booked one room for five people. However the management gave me an apartment with two rooms. Before i made any payment i was allowed to inspect the room to see everything was ok. The room was nice and clean and fresh towels were provided. Will recommend to family and friends. Definitely a bargain, i only paid £252 for five nights.

It was a very comfortable stay.very convenient distance from masjid nabwi.lifts were working properly there were water dispensers in all the corridors making it very comfortable for those coming back exhausted after long walks.they have immediate access to cold water.

The pillows were very thick and one mattress wasnt good but it was all well kept and clean.parking has been mentioned as free.we had to pay 50 sar for acquiring a parking space though

So crowded and elevators are very very very crowded its tooks almost 30 mins. To go up and down after several attempts,, also I dont like that my booking was confirmed and when I arrived the receptionist informed me that there is bi available rooms and they transferred me to another hotel near to that one with almost the same facilities ,, but it disturb me because we was 2 families and we wasnt stay in the same hotel as planned

Very tiny room.

I booked a room for 3 people but was given 6 beds so plenty of space. Location to Prophet Mosque was amazing, within 7 min can reach the mosque, it was very clean surrounded by alot of shops.

Never provide a towel I asked like 3 times but being told to wait later on the day. TV battery did not have battery I had to ask 2 times but this was not an issue.

I found the room to be very short and compact, and the bathroom facilities were not up to standard. Additionally, even though parking was available, the security guard refused to allow me to park—even when I offered to pay. However, it is near to Haram which made it very easy to visit.

Worth for its price

House keeping almost nil. Breakfast served in room in tray but without cutlery. Tea bag only, no coffee, no milk. Breakfast quantity was very small for a couple. There was local bread but no butter. Cheese could be replaced with butter. Even saop and shampoo was for one person only.

Really close to Masjid e Haram. This hotel is towards the south and very suitable for people travelling with children and the elderly.

The house keeping was pathetic. They have hired some lazy Bangladeshis that don't feel like giving you complementary water bottles and take ages to even bring a clean set of towels.

I loved the location, the rate at which I got it, the ease of check in even though I checked in at 11'00 PM. Alhamdulillah overall it was a beautiful stay. No complains whatsoever
