Staff support Reception and room service Location

Parking was full and was not accommodated on 2 nd day despite offering in booking. My room TV remote was missing and was not able to be found by staff after hajj season. There was a constant noise in washroom of water flushing in pipes above false ceiling.

Was a Standard Hotel Nothing Much that was to like or not like Staff was very cooperative

Could be cleaner Location is not ideal but OK Could be at least 20% cheaper

i stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time now and i can confidently say that this hotel is amongst the available options with best price, distance from Masjid Al Nabwi and best customer services.

Hotel was comfortable in general and very convenient. Quite close to elHaram and all other food shops and malls. Staff was very helpful and accommodating specially the male version.

Bathrooms needs a quick revamp. A full renovation is a must. Small insects issue is not personally distrubing for me however it is not acceptable still. Rooms given wasn't like the one showed on the website here, was a bit misleading however what we had wasn't bad

Location is at an average distance from Holy Haram and the ladies section near the gate no. 16 is close.

For doing the room service, you need to be the in the room as per the hotel policy. And the cleaning service is done only in the morning for the occupied rooms, in the afternoon they do the service for the checked out room. Since we were there during the last 10 days of Ramadan and after waking up the whole night, we were sleeping after Fajr till Zuhr. So, it was difficult to clean the room during that time and after Zuhr they were not coming to clean.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, as we had informed reception of our accurate arrival time, check-in was less than 5 mins! Highly recommend giving an accurate time frame of your arrival. Rooms were spacious and clean, and so were communal areas. Wi-Fi also worked very well and for anyone looking to purchase a sim card, there were kiosks in the hotel lobby.

We would've liked for our rooms to be on the same floor, as we were travelling as a family, this was offered the day after check-in but we didn't want the hassle. I would also say that you should plan to leave for the Masjid early enough as there could be heavy crowding for the lifts. I only experienced this twice in the 10 days that I stayed in Ramadhan, but would advise guests to go early!
