I was diverted to Maden Hotel Madinah. Room is very clean. All the amenities provided in the room are sufficient. Beds are comfortable. Access to the room using elevators are beyond my expectation in comparison to another nearby hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast served was very good with wide choices of food and the view overlooking Masjid Nabawi.

Complimentary parking space would be an advantage for the hotel.

1- elevator operations were not completely satisfactory, due to the miss of selected floor when requested. 2- the size of the breakfast room is not enough to accommodate all gests. 3- some noise from nearby construction operations. 4- i forgot my knee support, found out when i got home in Jeddah, but nothing was mentioned by the hotel room service department.

I stayed 6 nights and love location of this hotel just across of main gate 332, hotel also only walk away to major famous street food and coffee shop. Row Coffe one of the best coffe in Medina just next door. Room is spacious, as well the bathroom. The thing is, no curtain or sliding door to separate shower area so water potential out of the room make the floor wet, But dont worry, housekeeping staff will ready to help you. breakfast is good with some varities and taste good too. I strongly recommend this hotel for you during your stay in medina, close acess to Nabawi mosque, surround with mall and restaurant. Really perfect location to stay .

The wifi oh my God is poor. I almost can't use the wifi because it's very slow even for just text the whatsapp. Need to upgrade this facility.

The location of this hotel is the best thing for families. Its 2 minutes away from the gate of Masjid Nabwi's gate.There is restaurant location inside the hotel which has good food with reasonable prices. The food can be ordered in the room also. We had ordered royal inn breakfast for which we paid 50 SAR. this was more than enough for 3 people (Egg , Different type of cheese, Tea , Milk, Cornflakes , bread-basket, Juice and canned fruit).There are more food options location nearby also like Pizza Hut, MacDonalds and a food court that has food from different countries

There are only 4 elevators in the hotel and sometimes it gets very frustrating to wait. The room that was provided to us had broken window locks that let all the noise from outside come in, although the view was nice (facing main road).

We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is 2 minutes away from masjid nabi. The service was amazing, they had toiletries, complimentary tea and coffee, and fresh bedding sets in the hallway for us to collect whenever. They also provided a large batch of bottled water for us. WiFi was great, beds were very comfy. Ac is great. The shower cubical is somewhat tight but not unbearable to have a wash. My sons were glad to have YouTube working on the TV so it kept them busy for a good few hours.

Hotel was fully occupied so waiting time on elevators lobby is quite long. Also the furniture is old

The A/C Thermostat has a fixed temperature and can't be controlled from the control panel, hence have to use a circuit breaker to switch On/Off. Similarly, the water was always hot and was not at room temperature in the toilet for the shower to take a bath.

I arrived here from the airport at 12 noon, and alhamdulillah, they allowed for an earlier check-in, although it was written that the check-in time was at 3 pm. Location: very close to the boulevard, gate 230-235, near doors 19-21 for males and 24-25 for females at the Masjid Nabawi. Room: clean, spacious bathroom. The bedsheet, towel, and floor mat can be changed at any time. I can ask for the iron and board. breakfast / sahuur : excellent. The food was delicious. We packed the sahuur as we had to travel to the train station at 2 am, and the staff was nice.

location: - room: I got bitten by a bedbug once. The hotel needs to do the pest control now. Luckily, I was not afraid to bug and pinched the bedbug. Breakfast/ sahoor: excellent, but the menu repeated. Three days earlier, we served an option of the Asian buffet menu besides the local menu, but no more.

The staff are very professional and helpful at thier work, from the reception to the guards, even at the cafeteria. Unfortunately I didn't have an occasion to dine in at the restaurant, hopefully next time. Had a small issue with the room card every now and then it didn't open the room door, I presume it was a technical issue. Anyway I do recommend this hotel especially the distance to Masjid e nabawi it's hardly 5 min walk. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I stayed at this pretty hotel. It’s a nice hotel, breakfast was included, not that tasty but plenty to choose from. Location was very close to the mosque. I found the hotel was full of Turkish people, they also had a Turkish office/desk at the reception area. A guy at the reception who checked us in seemed like he didn’t wanted to be there and just kept on using his phone (texting or just looking at his phone). He gave us a good room, a suite but he just didn’t know how to communicate. We paid with our card. When we checked out after 4 days the same guy was at the reception, again he just didn’t want to be there and again using his phone. He kept asking if we paid, I said yes we paid by card, please check your system. I would use the hotel again as had no issues except for some people had no manners, when we were coming out of the lift, they wouldn’t give us way and will barge in, apart from that hotel was good
