The electricity was cut many times - each took some time without any explanation from the hotel.

The hotel is well located for a short walk to the haram and the ladies section. The staff were all great. We were arriving very late and informed them so we had no issues on arrival. Our Room was ready and we were attached to a suite so had some extra space..Muslim and Abdur Razaq were the cleaners on our floor and they were always willing to clean at times that were convenient for us and give us clean towels etc when needed. There are 8 lifts and we rarely had to wait for a lift so that is great escalator experience

We checked in so late on day one that we missed breakfast (we only arrived at 10:30) so would've been great if they could've allowed us to check out beyond 14:00( although that is a late check out). Also we requested for suhoor on Monday and they could not bring anything to the room even though we paid for breakfast incl.... it would've been nice if they could've brought something to the room for suhoor as we paid for 2 breakfasts that in the end we didn't use

Some services wifi internet is not working at all and you need to request iron and they give you iron for only 30 mins

Based on your feedback, here's a concise recommendation: --- If you're planning a visit to Madinah, I highly recommend Ruve Al Madinah. I recently stayed there from July 22nd to July 23rd, 2024, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly built and boasts an excellent location, ideal for families visiting Masjid Al Haram. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were impeccably dressed, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Great incoming service from the start, any request was responded to and met almost immediately. Clean. Smells great. Excellent

The hotel had no smoking signs and we chose non smoking rooms, but the minute there were neighbour's they were smoking and it was choking up our room even. No smoking needs to remain no smoking. The hotel smelled great but the smoke of that visitors were entering the passages and rooms.

Reception, checkin. Arrived at the hotel around 5 pm local time. The guy at the reception had to call a few people about the readiness of the room.

This is my third stay at the Ruve since 2022. The location is in relation to the Prophet’s Mosque is perfect. Into Gate 338 and easy access for the women. We men have a 3-minute walk to the main door. The rooms are super comfortable with all the mod-cons - a bedside screen to control lights, Airconditioning and the curtains. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone - with fruit, cheeses, yoghurt, and cold cuts of meat as well as cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, etc. Then there are always eggs - either scrambled, boiled, fried or other variations. Besides some staples, the hot meals changed every day and we had a variety of scrumptious dishes. The serving staff were very attentive and kept the place, and our table, slick and span. We were at a new dining room this year, bright and airy with modern decor to add to the ambiance.

We would have preferred a bank of plugs and charging stations near the dresser and/or bedside pedestal. As much as this might be nitpicking, a live egg station would have given guests the option of having eggs hot off the stove.

Just a 5-minute walk to Nabawi Mosque and 3 minutes to everything you need, from food to shopping! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff is also nice and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and when I requested a late checkout, they accommodated it. One of the staff members (if I’m not mistaken, Abbas) even went the extra mile to assist with checking our train tickets. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The breakfast buffet could be improved, as they only provide 3-in-1 coffee in the morning, and the food selection is quite limited.

He was a true gentleman and made a real difference to our stay. A big thanks also goes to Ripon Miah for going the extra mile and preparing a special egg dish for my mother, who is disabled — it meant a lot to us. I would also like to mention Ali Arshad and the entire team for their outstanding service and support throughout our stay. Although it is a small hotel, in many ways it exceeds the service of some 5-star hotels. Unlike others who repeat the same menu daily, this hotel consistently offers a different and refreshing menu, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with everything. My only suggestion is to keep doing exactly what you are doing — your efforts genuinely make a difference. Thank you once again for making our stay so special!

Great location close to the larger women’s corner entrance for the mosque, and also close enough to the main gate for men. Hotel itself is generally clean with helpful and polite staff. Rooms although a little outdated (which is normal for most hotels in this area) are also decent, with a view of Jabal Uhud if they are facing that way which is nice. Overall a reliable hotel which I have stayed more than once and can recommend.

Breakfast variety could be a little better, but it is still decent. Some room electrical items didn’t work but were replaced quickly.
