I wasn't expecting much as I only paid around £65 a night for a family of 4. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent location as it was only a 3 minute walk to the ladies gate Masjid Nabi. They allowed us early check in 9 am and i was grateful for this as I had young children. The room itself was very clean, spacious and modern. Lots of wardrobe space to store your belongings. Tea coffee sugar disposables and tissues were provided everyday. Staff called in to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom could do with modernizing. Took a while waiting for the lifts sometimes.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall a positive experience, marked by several commendable aspects as well as areas that could benefit from attention. One of the highlights was the complimentary offerings of coffee, tea, and more, which added a nice touch to the overall hospitality. Additionally, the ability of most staff members to communicate in English significantly enhanced the convenience of our stay, making interactions smooth and effective. The service quality was good, reflecting the staff's commitment to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction.

However, there were a couple of issues that need addressing to further elevate the guest experience. Firstly, we encountered a small bug-like insect in one of the beds. It was concerning, but the staff's quick response in changing the bedding and vacuum cleaning the room was impressive, and thankfully, the problem did not recur. Secondly, the windows in our room had poor insulation, failing to close completely. This resulted in a persistent flow of noise and wind into the room, which was less than ideal for comfort and rest.e few observation and comments

The location to the Mosque is excellent

There is no parking. You can’t even try and book parking so we had to park our car 15/20mins away and get a taxi there… get this sorted so customers have the choice whether to pay a little bit more for parking or not.

Location was perfect, few mins walk to both mens and ladies entrance, plenty of shops and food places nearby, was great value for money, great staff and very understanding, my flight was delayed by over a day, I contacted the hotel and they held the booking for me and I paid on check-in, I received prompt replies to all my messages and queries. Alhumdulillah, I have travelled to Madinah Munawarrah numerous times, and have stayed at the 5* hotels but I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I couldn't find a single thing to complain about this hotel, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable! 👍

Amazing location. Clean bathroom and room. Allowed is early check in. Housekeeping by staff member Hilmy was 10/10. Hilmy helped us so much during our stay. He is a very valuable person to this hotel.

Nice room & bathroom. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially housekeeping staff and reception staff. Housekeeping rang up asking if we needed any help, were very helpful.

Cheap irons and burnt my clothing, even after offered replacement irons, they still were the same. Elevator stops at every floor Would be nice if they had their own website to book rooms.

Closest to Masjid an Navabi. Good elevator services.

Every Windows need to check because i found one bird was die by the window from long time.Toilet facilities needs to be upgrade.

Need more soup ,shampoo , shower jel and water bottle in room

Overall everything was good and a great location for the distance to haramain and shopping,food etc
