Overall we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, breakfast was good with a variety of options. Location was perfect. Check in was a breeze and was done within a few minutes. Special thanks to the lovely Bayan who welcomed us and assisted with check-in. Checkout was sorted in less than a minute.

The room is old and the bathroom could definitely do with renovation. But the hospitality, service and location definitely covers up for this.

The service has improved tremendously. The receptionist Amar and Bayan were very helpful. I salute them on their customer service. They went out of their way to meet my request. Even the manager Mr Muhammed was so kind and smiling much better than the previous Egyptian manager. I had a very good room and I was happy that there wasn't much dust.

The breakfast was poor standard. The cakes were stale.

Sometimes all the lifts were not operational and with the number of pilgrims in the hotel the waiting time was long.

The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently close to the female entrance of the Mosque. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful stay. The room was equipped with blackout curtains, allowing it to be completely darkened even during the day. The area had numerous shops and grocery stores nearby, and wheelchairs were available upon request. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless, with no long waits despite the hotel being fully booked. Elevators were generally prompt, with only slight delays during prayer and breakfast times.

The rooms were quite compact and small but still provided a comfortable stay. Similarly, the parking area was tight, requiring extra caution if you have a larger vehicle.

This was my best stay at leader muna Kareem. The receptionist Miss Amar Nasser was so helpful - she did her best to accommodate all my needs and was always so sweet. The room was the best room that I ever had in this hotel.

Breakfast selection wasn't good enough. The cakes were stale.

Two staff in reception Amar and Bayan they are very kind and professional. They gave me all information and they are so polite.

One staff in Restaurant was very unprofessional during our Sahoor.

Cleanliness and location. They were able to substitute our breakfast for sahur for few days except one day of miscommunication. Very kind of them especially the chef. والله بارك

Front desk staff need some more training in understanding other foreign languages especially English. We were charged about $113 for each room to stay up 8:00pm to leave for Jeddah. Meanwhile a whole night stay was $145. They could not allow us even to stay at least to 9:00 pm. Need some training on customer relations and the facility will be a great place.

One of ladies in receptionist was amazing attitude, i forgot name but that ladies was delivered the service really good

The check in process was excellent, even though I came at 12pm managed to get the room available. Very helpful staff. breakfast included in the package. The location of the hotel is very near to the Mosque entrance especially for women. parking is available at the hotel.

The breakfast is not the best but still okay and have varieties, Arabian. The parking space is very small and need to be careful and very limited.
