The hotel is good comfort ,, hotel infront of haram mosque near female entrance to haram even we pray jumoah pray from hotel ✌️😄 and stuff were cooperative and nice ,, very clean in general hotel is good but can be better .

there are a little things they showed fix there was a paper said bringing food from outsiad is not allowed !?! 🫥 and food price is high ,, and this is not acceptable if I know that from beginning I couldn't come to this hotal. there was a water coming from refrigerator on the ground ,, TV was not work properly but they fixed it when I call them During checkout We wait long time to get our bags down this make us worried cause train time ,, And also for people concern of boycutt they put we are proud to dealing with starbox coffee in there hotel ,, in Madinah ?!

Location was the best, right outside gate 337, the woman and children entrance, from hotel to masjid time 2mins. Luai the deputy manager upgraded our room as we wanted a room with Green Dome view, he made it happen. Jabed Hussain made sure our room was clean and bed sheets changed everyday while we were away praying at the masjid. Breakfast was ok and room was ok.

It was clean especially there was a house keeper Javaid he was really helpful and was of good manners. One flaw that there is a prayer area on upper level and it is accessible only for VIP that is not right.

Moreover, the room was spotless and meticulously maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. One of the most important highlights of this hotel is its prime location, just a stone’s throw away from the Masjid Nabawi. The convenience of being so close made my experience even more special. The hotel is also near Gate 338, which is the designated entrance for women, offering easy and direct access to the mosque. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-appointed stay in close proximity to Masjid Nabawi.

I had an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out, making me feel at home throughout my visit. The service was top-notch, with quick responses to any requests and a genuine desire to help guests in every way possible. The hotel’s location is another highlight— which made it so convenient for prayer and reflection. Being so close to the mosque was a huge blessing, and it enhanced my experience in Madina.

The location is unbeatable in Medina, especially for religious visitors. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, with excellent food quality and selection. Our room had been recently renovated, so everything was exceptionally clean, and the brand-new furniture and carpet were a noticeable improvement compared to my last visit. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay at a great price for four adults. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff may not be the friendliest, but they were helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The in-room Nespresso machine was a nice touch and brand new, but we were disappointed to learn that coffee pods were not provided and had to be purchased separately from outside, not even from the hotel as part of its mini-bar service. Unfortunately, the coffee at the buffet was a letdown—it was overly sour and had a burnt taste, even when a fresh pot was brewed in front of us. It was barely drinkable, which was disappointing.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Stay at Dar ul Taqwa, Medina! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dar ul Taqwa in Medina, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, being the closest to Masjid Nabawi, making it a dream come true for any pilgrim. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day. But what truly made our stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. Special mention goes to Hamza, the bell boy, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and security. His extra care and attention to our belongings were impressive. When we unexpectedly missed our flight and returned to the hotel, Hamza kindly helped us secure a new room, demonstrating remarkable empathy and professionalism. As a returning guest, I can confidently say that Dar ul Taqwa remains my top choice in Medina. Its unbeatable location, outstanding staff, and excellent amenities make it the perfect haven for pilgrims. Inshallah, I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Madina. Ticks all the boxes I’ve tried few hotels here and i can tell for sure Dar Altaqwa is the one They in particular excel in choosing their well trained staff.. from receptionist to bell boy to waiters to room service staff, they are very polite, respectful, friendly, helpful and efficient despite the high load of visitors they managed to keep a lovely attitude Location is of course superb you go out of the hotel doors to enter Haram gates immediately Design is classic, the hotel building is actually old however it is very well maintained and furnished, im sure they do continuous renovations to keep it this good All other aspects of evaluation are either exceptional or at least good Highly recommended

Food services can improve a bit but its still good

The location is excellent, it is the closest hotel to the Prophet's (SAW) mosque and very convenient. The breakfast was good but the choices could have been better. The breakfast venue is small, given the size of the hotel and the air conditioning too cold. The decor of the rooms and Amiri suite maybe somewhat dated but very well maintained and still in good condition. All the staff were excellent and service level excellent. There is a good variety for the room service menu and the food was very good. It may not be a cheap option, but you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend the hotel.
