Location is perfect minutes walk to female prayer room

Hotel has no Athan service in the room for Masjed Al Nabawi Water tempreture at toilet very low even after asking the hotel to adjust the water tepreturebut still the problem exist. Water cold to take shower. The size of toilet is very narrow and easily to pump your self with the sink

As they say, first impression makes a big difference..... upon our arrival, we were greeted very respectfully by a friendly lady. She took our paperwork and guided us straight to the welcome lounge offering light snacks, fruits, tea/coffee while she went back to complete the check-in process. She then returned to the lounge with the card keys, giving us information about the property and to inform us that the room she had allocated us comes with haram view (though I did not booked it). This sort of welcome is not something a lot of other properties offer these days & it was really impressive. We booked a quad room as we were 2 adults and 2 kids (under 7).... the room was decent size and the bathroom was also a good size with all amenities. We had coffee machine (which is common these days)... room service was punctual, attentive and always offering to top up on tea, coffee and water etc. We stayed 4 night and it was a good experience....not to mention the proximity to haram (i am sure most would just book it for this reason, no matter the service) and specially the women gate for Mrs. to conveniently walk-in whenever she desired.

To be honest, I have give it a good thought, but I could not think of anything worth mentioning. We did not booked breakfast or dinners, hence no sample to share experience.

It's all about location! Very close to Al Masjid An Nabawi and just a minute walk to gate 338, heading to door 24, 25, 26. Comfortable bed, clean and staffs are very attentive. For parking, choose Haram Parking 7A in Google Map (basically you are entering Masjid Nabawi underground parking) and park your car at parking 10A. This is the nearest parking spot to Dallah Taibah Hotel. Recommended!

We got two rooms , one of them had a beautiful view on the mosque of prophet and everything else.

Dallah Taiba Madinah has an excellent location, especially for those traveling with ladies or elderly family members. It is literally right next to Door 338 on the ladies' side of Masjid Nabawi, making access extremely convenient. The men’s entrance is also within a short walking distance. I booked two connecting rooms, which felt a bit congested, but given that each had its own bathroom, the space was understandable. I did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. What went well: 1) The location is fantastic, particularly for women and elders. 2) After the initial check-in experience, the customer service improved and was quite good. 3) The special lounge with snacks and comfortable seating was a nice touch while waiting for check-in.

Check-in service was poor at first. We arrived early due to our flight schedule (at 1 PM), but despite having my wheelchair-bound mother with me, the staff initially refused to accommodate us before 4 PM, stating the hotel was fully booked. After multiple visits to the reception, one staff member finally assisted and guided us to the lounge, but we still didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The hotel should be more considerate towards international travelers arriving from long journeys. A more polite and helpful approach at check-in would improve the guest experience significantly. Overall, once settled in, the stay was good, but the initial impression could have been much better with more accommodating customer service.

The staff was amazing in the reception, specially Wael he was outstanding. and he received us with exceptional hospitality and made sure the entire check-in process was smooth. the building was new and the breakfast was amazing. we truly enjoyed our stay there and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The hotel was very close to the prophet’s mosque. Our room was very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend choosing this hotel for Madinah 👍

Room was big n clean. Bathroom was clean. beds were comfortable. I asked for extra water, tea supplies and 2 blankets n they provided. staff was friendly n responsible. Hotel provided me yummy welcoming snacks with Saudi Tea, small fruit basket, Saudi Tea in the room and 2 Roses upon my arrival. I will recommend to others as i have stayed 2 time already in last 5 months :)

I forgot to put the sign on for Do Not Disturb. and staff cleaned the room, in my absence. I did not like it, as I was not aware of it. If no sign is On ,they should not do any activity. Rest was good.
