I had an exceptional stay at the Hotel, and I am especially grateful for the incredible service provided by the receptionist, Miss Asmahn . From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel right at home. Her professionalism and efficiency in handling my check-in were outstanding, and she ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Miss Asmahan went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries and made thoughtful recommendations to enhance my experience. Her excellent customer service truly made my stay memorable. The hotel was pristine. The location was prime. I have a pregnant wife. The hotel was a 4-minute walk from the ladies' gate of Masjid Al Nabawi. Google Maps shows 15 minutes, but ignore it. Restaurants and shops right outside. Taiba shopping centre 2-minute walk. We did the madinah hop on hop off bus tour. The bus stop is 2 min walk. They have a restaurant that does buffet. Intercontinental and Indonesian option. The room itself had a large bed, mini fridge, and clean. The room may be slightly on the smaller side for some people. But we were not there for the size. Another positive aspect. There are two entrances for the hotel. One on the side facing the masjid, the other side is convenient for pick up and drop off the King Faisal ring road. So drivers don't have to manoeuvre around inside the masjid area. Also, you will need your own towels. There are six lifts, so there are no backlogs and ques like you might see on reviews of other hotels. This was our first umrah. I would recommend Dar Al Naem. If anything does not meet your needs. The location near Our Beloved Prophets masjid will make up for it.

Only two things. The knob that switches the water between tap and shower was broken. But you could still control it with the right grip. So, it's not a major issue. The bathroom sink water would drain slowly. But it was fixed after housekeeping made a visit.

The location is great, not on busy road, but very close to entrance 338 of the masjid, which is very convenient for ladies, and for rawdah visits. There's a coffee counter at the lobby, but many supermarkets, shawarma window, and some other shops on the same block, very close the the main pedestrian street where the kiosks are. The receptionist was accommodating, let us check in early although not the room we reserved. Bathroom space was adequate. Housekeepers was fast and attentive. There were 6 lifts operating.

We booked for standard room, but was given triple room. The space was tight because of the third bed. The single bed is narrow. Shower didn't drain fast enough. The lifts become very crowded at peak time and can be slow. We were on 5th floor, and most of the time we took the staircase down, We were told that there was no parking space in the basement, the entrance of the parking looked very narrow.

Fantastic property I will never stay anywhere else. Very close to Majid nabawi a 3-4 min walk very clean the service is the best I’ve ever received from a hotel. The guy at the reception I’ve forgotten his name is sooo helpful nothing is too much trouble. The housekeeping staff are amazing and very efficient. Any request is granted straight away. Shower had great pressure and water is nice and hot. The rooms are perfect nice and very well kept. Pillows are of good quality. May the Almighty place infinite blessings on this property and if I am blessed to return I will definitely be using this hotel.

The staffs are so friendly and kind. Its very rare in Saudi Arabia. They are also very helpful. Everytime I request for something like add towels, breakfast stuff, etc they are always helpful. So thank you so much. Its also only 7-9 minutes walk to gate 338 of Nabawi close to Door 22/21. Very convenient for ladies cause its near woman entrance. 6 minutes walk to the stop of hop on and hop off Madinah Bus Tour, 80 SAR/ person for adult for 24 hours access to go around the city including Quba Mosque.

- Less food options. The buffet for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is standard menu. Price is OK 30/40 SAR per person. - The shower door in bathroom cannot be closed properly so after shower the entire floor is wet which is not convenient if you are sharing the room. - Cannot hear adzan from the room. However there is a local TV channel broadcasting live madinah mosque so turned it on to hear adzan prayer.

The location was excellent, it is so near only and will take 5 mins walk. Meals were available in the property, breakfast were excellent variety, lunch and dinner mostly Malay and Indo cuisines. All kinds of shops such as groceries and food were near especially as you walk from hotel going to Masjid.

Lunch and Dinner mostly Malay and Indo cuisine. If you are not one of them then it is not recommended to purchase their meals. We are always labelled as Indonesian even we are not, the waiter was shocked why we are not taking the Indo cuisine which is a little bit off to us. Not because our physical feautures is a slightly same they should assume where in the same which is not😔

I made the booking in an emergency and just after the confirmation I checked in. The reseption staff (Mr. Ali) was very cooperative. First he showed me the room and than on my request he provided a bigger room with a separate bed for my daughter although I made my booking with 2 beds. The cleaning staff is also very cooperative and they kept giving us water and other required usable items also changed the bedsheets and pillow covers. Regularly emptying the dustbins. The hotel has elevators enough in no to provide hassle free services. The location is very convinent with many shops and food outlets around. Just 2 minutes walk from Haram. Availability of parking is cherry on the top. The staff in restaurant is also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience to stay in this hotel.

Nothing.

The hotel is essentially a 3-5 minute walk from entrance 22-26 of Masjid Nabawi for both men and women. It’s so lovely how close it is. I noticed there was some negative comments about the distance from the Rawdah - it’s not far at all, it is on the other side of the masjid however not more than a 10 minute walk if you walk within the masjid grounds and go around. There are all sorts of shops and food shops within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly. The room/bathroom might be small for some but nothing unexpected and is true to the pictures provided.

My only negative is the check in time, I requested earlier check in and the hotel doesn’t respond very quickly on booking.com and regardless, the rooms still weren’t ready for about 15:45 which is not far off the opening check in of 16:00. I would recommend if a late check in time, offer a place to put bags so we don’t have to carry them around with us :)

Smooth check in and out. Reception also rang taxi for us to the airport. Rooms and bathroom were clean and had everything that you would require. Halls are very clean and smell amazing. Cleaning staff is very helpful and hard working.

Rooms are a bit small but everything worked perfectly nevertheless. Buffet for breakfast could be better quality and should have more variety.
