I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Excellent location as it is opposite to the prophet’s mosque, room was small but clean and well furnished staff were good specially the receptionists were very well trained Breakfast was very good I wish I repeat this trip again I recommend this hotel so much to stay in

The location was excellent because I stayed here with my mother, so it was right in front of the women's entrance to the mosque. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Long wait for the elevators, especially at Salah time. Congested lobby and waiting areas. The service areas of the hotel are not well-designed. For the price we paid, the hotel should be in a better condition.

Location and hotel facilities

At the time of booking , i was not satisfied with the reception as my booking was updated without my knowledge however the hotel facilities are very good and after my stay i received a call & strong follow up from Mr. Abdelrahman Yehia regarding my feedback, He showed a strong commitment to me to get excellent facilities in any upcoming visit and he tried his best to sort out the area so that every one visiting the hotel should get the best services. I really appreciate his approach of continual improvement.

Open buffet is not that good

location and bit cleaner environment. what surprised me is the call from the hotel support post my review, that was something really great feeling and i can't thank enough for such good gesture with a promise to make much better my next visit inshallah. this doesn't happen anywhere else, i stayed in many class hotel they lack such response and hospitality once the customer leaves the hotel they dont care. Kudos to Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi Management.

I did not like the room’s space, as it has four beds in a very tight area. The room is suitable for a maximum of two people, but they have placed four beds closely next to each other, making movement in the room difficult. Additionally, the price was high in my opinion, considering that you can book a room for half the price in second- or third-row hotels just 100 meters away from the Haram.
