Good staff - Md Emran in housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean. Ahmed Essa front desk services very helpful. More importantly, the hotel is right at the doorstep of Masjidil Nabawi, couldn't get any better than this.

Really not enough lifts to manage the number of guests and rooms.

The location of this Hotel is amazing! You can hear the prayer call and leave to the mosque and still make it on time. Very convenient - the walk to mosque is only one minute. The hotel is above a large supermarket which is really convenient when travelling with family or babies. Lots of different food options around also. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Any issues we had, were promptly corrected by service men. MD SAHRIUTULLA was the night housekeeper and was really helpful and attentive during our stay. Cleaned our room every night, provided extras and made sure every thing was fully stocked. Our stay would not have been the same without him! Alhumdulilah. Hope to see him again next time we stay here. AMZAD HUSSIN and ASHFAQUE AHMED were also great help during our stay. Ashfaque picked up all our bags promptly and made sure they were properly loaded into our van upon checkout. Everything was smooth! Also special thanks to ABUL HUSSEIN who helped get us a late checkout to ensure we had some more time to pack our bags, make the evening prayers and make our late night flight smoothly. Overall Great Stay!!!

We had an incredible experience at Taiba Front Hotel! Everything from the spotless rooms to the impeccable service was perfect. A special shoutout to Emran, the housekeeping attendant, who was extremely helpful and always available to provide the support we needed during our stay. The attention to detail and the warmth of the staff really made this a memorable visit for our group. Highly recommend if you're looking for a flawless stay where everything is taken care of perfectly! The location of hotel is exceptional, especially for families with kids or elderly members. It is situated between Haram entry 330 and 329, making it extremely convenient to access Haram at any time of the day or night. With less than a minute's walk to all amenities, including malls and convenience stores, everything we needed was easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel graciously accommodated a late checkout for us, which allowed us to rest before our late evening flight. The concierge also stored our luggage safely until we had to leave for the station, further easing our travel logistics. This thoughtful service truly enhanced our stay.

This was my second stay at taiba front hotel in 6 months. So it feels like home. Great value for money and splendid loaction. We were also given a free upgrade to haram view which we will be ever so grateful for. It was a spectacular view alhamdulillah. Very helpful staff on 12th floor.Muhammad Faisal, Muhammad farhad and Shajeed. Eager to get you anything you want.

Maintenance was a little off. Had a broken shower head for the whole stay. But its the city of the Prophet so we don't complain. We are just full of gratitude, appreciation and love. Only mentioning so they can be aware of areas to improve. The lifts can be an issue during peak hours. Have to take the stairs coz of the delay in lifts. Which can get a bit much if ur on the 12th floor.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Taiba Front Hotel recently, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Masud Karim. Masud was always there with a warm smile, ensuring that my room was spotless and well-stocked with fresh fruits and bottled water every day. His attention to detail and genuine care for the guests' comfort were truly remarkable. It was clear that Masud takes great pride in his work, and his efforts made me feel like a valued guest.

The wifi was pretty slow

Unbeatable location, once you get down you are directly on Haram’s entry gate 330. Abundant amenities around. We did t have to see much of the staff, I guess it’s a good sign.

Nothing particular, if you get a good price, it’s a sweet deal

I would have given Taiba Front a 6/10, however, the staff was very kind and accommodating so it definitely deserves an 8/10! My family and I were visiting from Chicago, USA and the managers we met were very friendly and hospitable. Mr. Syed Altaf, Mr. Wael, Mr. Al Subhi, and Mr. Marwan made sure they did whatever they could in their power to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Altaf especially was very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of- from sending breakfast (the food was always great btw!) to making a special tea to help with my cold. These gestures of kindness went a very long way... I will definitely be back (but will book a larger room next time). The best part about this hotel is that it's right in front of the entrance of the masjid (women's gate 16 I believe) This made it sooooo easy to go for prayers.

We booked two superior rooms, one triple and one double but we were given two double rooms instead. This caused us to move back and forth (they did upgrade us to a Haram view which made up for the inconveniences caused but this triple room was very small). Also, the triple room could have been cleaner (the superior double room was pretty clean). Another thing to keep in mind is If you are tall, get superior rooms so you can comfortably make use of the toilets and showers... I was very disappointed by the size of the bathroom in the smaller rooms... and if you can, try to get rooms on the second floor so you have an easy option to go down the stairs if the elevators are occupied (99% of the time they were and it took us forever to go in and out of the hotel).

The location was perfect. I had requested a room with a view, and I was given a room with a fantastic view of the Masjid Nabawi. The receptionist was a kind and friendly man, who asked minimal questions and worked quickly. I truly appreciated this as my children were tired and cranky after the long trip to reach Madinah. Alhamdulillah, would definitely stay here again, if blessed with the opportunity to visit Madinah once more.

The window was grimy, and the carpet was in desperate need of a thorough vacuuming. The garbage cans were rusty and barely functioning. Toiletry items provided were minimal, however housekeeping were more than happy to provide more items on request.

The property is in a great place right next to masjid al nabawi like 10 second walk it's that much close to masjid al nabawi on taraweeh prayer people read their taraweeh outside this hotel only reception staff was not good but the house keeping and cleanness was 10 out 10 one of the staff her name was Sailbee if I'm pronouncing right she was very helpful and kind as I mentioned before the house keeping was great whenever I called and I needed something next minute or two was present behind my room thank you for great hospitality 😁

The reception staff need a good training it's very sad to see such a beautiful and clean hotel with unprofessional reception staff when I got to the hotel was 5 or 6 in the morning I already paid one day extra because their check in time is 4pm and my kids wor very tired and my 3 year old one was crying on my shoulder the first reception guy didn't know what he was doing and he called onother guy from inside then the new guy start talking to others which I was there before them and my kid on my shoulder was crying they didn't give a Damn and when I said can you sort my room out I come before these people both reception staff they give me horrible look and treat me like dirt on the ground very disappointed.

Two things. 1/Having to ask for the room type I had booked. Got palmed off with a poor single bed room. 2/ the elevator situation at all times a challenge on both sides of building.Needs some form of attendant/security person to enforce queuing.
