The property is super close to haram, with many services around, food, mall, supermarkets, accessible transportation. Room service is super super good and attentive in 10th floor, specially Mr Mohamed Mustafa, and their supervisor as well. Bathroom is clean, towels and everything else was also clean. The hotel is very busy, however the level of service that was received is very good. And again, the closeness to Haram tops everything else. The shawerma guy below the hotel has the most amazing shawerma there is in Madina. Important hint, stay in rooms that close to elevator like 03 to 06 these are the most renovated and spacious.

The room is tight, the windows are not sound proof so you can hear everything literally and eventually cannot sleep of you are sound sensitive. The furniture needed renovation. And in full honesty we paid too much (discovered that this is not the usual rate for the hotel) and this was a little disappointing- I am not sure if this is related to booking or the hotel itself.

Need improve cleaning and invest in better bathroom

It's bit expensive compare to hotels in Makkah but overall the location and the facilities were excellent. The hotel had free wifi in the rooms. There were 9 Elevators good enough for all guests to use without any delays. Provided towels and room was clean too.

Compare to the price, they should include breakfast. No coffee sachets, no sugar, no tea. Asked the cleaner and he provided few.

Work was done on the rooms, contemporary rooms and bathroom suites. Which was awesome, very close to haram. Thanks to Nurol Islam who made our stay even more pleasant.

Breakfast wasn’t great

I loved that it was clean, comfortable- lighting was great. I made the mistake of not booking the day when I flew in, so I went to manazil which is a few doors down to book a room from 5am-4pm- even though it’s a similar price point, the quality is worlds apart.

It’s only minor details but nothing too bothersome.

The location is perfect, near to The prophet's mosque. We prayed the 5 times in the mosque. Also the price on booking.com was a good value.

The staff, particularly the night staff, was rude and not helpful.

Front desk attitude was really rude. I had a sick baby and an elderly with me and i kept waiting for check in for 3 hours . They kept saying the rooms were not ready. But it was the attitude of the ladies at the front desk that was really bad, as if they were least bothered. The lobby was full of people like us waiting for checkins. People were sitting even on floors to wait. They need to train their front desk staff about hospitality.

We not used the Breakfast their while the Location was Good as per our expectations (near to Haram), our 1 room was Excellent while the 2nd one is of average size.

The Bathrooms was fine but have the problem of bad smell & not fixed by the maintenance staff besides so many reminders.

Excellent location near to women gates of Haram with plenty of variety of Food restaurants and shopping centers around . Very Fast check in with no hassle giving us opportunity to take some rest before going to Masjid Nabawi and Parking of Car was another advantage with very co operative staff letting our car to move in and out of hotel. We were welcomed by bucket of fresh fruits and water bottles with housekeeping services very active keeping the room clean and good especially Mr Mohammad Shujan . Overall a pleasant stay , We will be looking forward again to visit Prophet Mosque again and again to get blessings of Allah. Thanks for everything.

Staff were friendly. Bedroom were clean but bathroom were not.

Lift area was crowded
