I have really enjoyed my stay at Waqf Othman, Staff were very helpful and frequently checked if we needed anything. The Quad room was spacious and suitable for family of four. The food buffett at the resturant was excellent. The only down side is some nosie from neighbouring room, but other that nothing else. It is a approximatly 7/8 minutes walk, and tucked away at the back of the many hotel rows directly near al Haram, which I though was good to avoid some of the overcrowding that can happen after prayer times particularly around the vacinity of the Haram Nabwai. The Qaud room was Spacious for a family of four and food and buffet was excellent my Kidz loved it and I though pricing for food compare to some food outlets particulary famous brands from outside was reasonable if not cheaper. Also, piece of advise and I hope some might find it helpful. I have reserved/booked thourgh booking.com directly and my reservation was absolutely fine and showed up over there at the reception and they accept UK debit/credit cards no questions asked. I managed to get a very good deal so make sure you book early if you planning on Umrah or visit to Madinah. I met some couple from the UK and they were charged rediculious amount of money for their stay by some of the travel agents in the UK, just make sure you plan and book early.

nothing, slightly outdated, but again most of the hotels in Madina are alittle outdated. Personally, I thought it was better than Madinah Movenpeck which i stayed in two year prior and definitly far less over croweded in comparison.

First: Property name (وقف عثمان) is so emotional and heart touching everything was just fine, quik check in & check out, location is is excellent for quick walkers. price is very competitive hoping not to use this assessment for rate increase :)

I wish management to be more flexible in late check out specially on fridays 30 min after Jumaa prayer is not enough for those who want to get prepared for Umrah

Ourall, it was good experience, but i certainly feel there is genuine need to improve the rooms as it is not the price but name of the hotal is after the best of best muslim (Usman RA), my door lock was not working properly everytime i have swipe my card 2-3times, locker was not working but changed by cleaner but i was expecting these things to be spot on bedore guest arrive. Also the pressure on Mulsim shower too much and tab was not working to reduce it hence water was splashing, i felt baths can be improved by adding a screen or curtains, also i flet breakfast could improve given it 35SAR per head. hope my feedback will help to improve but overall my experience was positive and will stay again in the hotel and recommend to others.

Ownership of the hotel, location is very convenient 5-7 minutes away from gate 328 , friendly reception and housekeeping staff , tea coffee and other facilities in the room match most popular hotels brand equivalent to 4 star hotel, room size is really good. Didn’t try breakfast however it seems good in the price. 35 SAR quite a lot of dishes. Parking facility is a good option specially when you are traveling in group. Never saw two options of house keeping morning and evening it is very thoughtful

There is always a room of improvement may be lift or elevator.

Given it is not a five star hotel or member of any international chain, it is a nice, clean and only a few minutes walk away from the boundaries of the masjid nabwi. Very cooperative and courteous staff.

Bathroom could be more clean. Although it is very close to the masjid but old age people and wheel chair users may find it a bit inconvenient as one has to cross the main road with traffic. But this should not come as a surprise as people can check the location before booking.

The sofas at the reception lobby need to be deep cleaned. THEY ARE VERY DIRTY. I am not sure how nobody has seen this. curtains in the rooms also contain a lot of dust and need to be washed. Breakfast is ok , not bad not great. I asked the restaurant manager to put the name display next to each menu/food as not every body would know what it is, sweet/salty, beef or mutton. Obvious food items like boiled eggs do not need name tags. It is an ok hotel (not bad not extraordinary).

A great location, close to mosque and many other places, good environment of the hotel, good breakfast and coffee shop. Very wide and open rooms. Brilliant value for money compared to the rates other providing.

- I called 10 times at reception, no one pick up, ultimately for my issues, I had to go down or meet the floor boy outside my room - Room wasn’t clean upon arrival well, there were hairs in toilet - Rooms are built such a way that if you open shower, the water will ultimately come out of the shower area and fill entire washroom - No help of phone, it’s a waste

Hotel location very close to Masjid Elnabwy

For me expensive for 3 days

We booked a quadruple room for five nights. The room size was really good - after four beds, there was still a lot or empty space. The staff, especially sister saba, was really professional and helpful. Both thr check in and check out was smooth.

One minor issue was the wet floors of the bathroom after shower - there wasn’t any wiper in the barhroom for clearing the water. The exhaust was quite good - but after shower it would need an hour or so to dry the floor.
