The Hotel is centrally located within a couple of minutes direct walk to Masjid An Nawabi. It is also opposite Bin Dawud supermaket and the Taiba Centre shopping mall. Due to the hotels location is was very easy to reach the masjid for each salah

When we booked the hotel on Booking.com it was on the basis that payment is to be made to the hotel upon arrival even though I was perfectly happy to pay online by credit card. 1 week before our arrival the hotel was messaging us daily that they are unable to process our credit card payment and to transfer the money to their bank account. I was reluctant to send all money in SAR incase something went wrong so decided to send a payment of 1 nights fee as a deposit. Despite requesting the hotel to confirm receipt they did not. We found the cost of breakfast (GBP33 p.p.) and lunch/dinner (£45 p.p) at the hotel to be extortionately high but as we had young children with us we were forced to pay on some days where we could not eat elsewhere.

I would prefer a bit more cleanliness in toilet. there were in moulds on toilet wall

Everything exceeded our expectations! The hotel was fantastic, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff especially Faisal and Tariq. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Such a great customer service team! Thank you both again for making our experience so special.

Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Ms. Ibtihal & Mr.Omar for the great hospitality. Upon my arrival Mr. Omar did an upgrade for my room to a Suite which was very clean and comfortable. A fruit Plate was also delivered to my room upon my arrival. Ms. Ibtihal at Guest Relation was very kind and helpful during my stay. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. I will definitely visit the hotel again. Thank you very much.

Very well situated : Just in front of women entrance The service is amazing, The team is very nice and helpful I was lucky the receptionist upgraded me to a junior suite, as the room i originally booked didn’t have the view as on the picture, thank you to him

Location.

1- Too much waiting for trolley guy to take out luggage at checkout. 2- Car parking cost is high for one night. 3- There is approximately one electrical socket in the rooms and it is far a way from the beds

During peak time quite long que to get into escalator to the room We are only 2 person's but hotel gave us room with 4 beds, which consuming free space for us to relax

Friendly staff who could speak English was a plus as I was travelling from England and local Arabic language wasn't my forte. It was one of the closest after the first row of buildings, it was so close that when prayer stars sometime we leave after it has even started and we were able to join. Facilities were topped up daily all commodities were close by so excellent all around.

Room had a connecting fire exit which onnects to next room though a door and this dor wasn't very well sound proof, but it didn't bothered me or disturb me.
