Everything was fantastic. All hotel staff, including room service boys were very cooperative, polite and always sorted out our requests. Although it was a buffet style breakfast, however. waiters at breakfast hall always asked us whether if anything is required at Table or not. All waiters possess humble personalities.

Breakfast menu items needs to be increased. Some additional items e.g. sweet and saltish laban etc. can be added. Varieties of seasonal fruits can be increased. To avoid rush / long queue at live cooking area (egg making area) a token system can be implemented. Guest can order the item, obtain token and collect it later or waiters can serve at his/her table . This will reduce the rush at live cooking area. Speakers can be installed at rooms for listening live Azan.

- Amazing location, few steps to Almasjid Alnabawi, too many restaurants, shops and mall around the hotel, easy access to Almasjid Alnabawi - Clean room, comfy bed, good smell all over the hotel, quiet, espresso machine n room, nice view - The greatest breakfast I have ever seen, variety and the best quality of food and drinks (many types of cheese, dairy products, fruits, salad, fresh juice, cooked food, bakery corner, foul and falafel corner and more .. ), very delicious - So friendly, helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Ms. Manal at guests relations, Mr. Mohammed Albloushi from IHG and the cute girl in the Almunawara gift shop, I don’t have her nam, thank you so much.

The staff was excellent, shout out to Hamid at the front desk. Him and everyone we spoke to were courteous and respectful and extremely helpful. Location wise, it is literally a stone's throw away from the women's gate which was helpful for my elderly parents.

Every day of our stay we got a call from Khadija at the front desk to ask if our stay was going as expected. Normally, in other locations and hotels it would not bother me. But time in Makkah and Madina is so short and sleep schedules are totally flipped. I did not look forward to getting these calls in the middle of a nap.

The location of the hotel, just steps away from the Holy Mosque, made our visit even more special and convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere truly reflect the high standards of the InterContinental brand. Directly in front of the Prophet Mosque, specifically to a women gate/area which is a plus if you traveling with women. Breakfast had nice varieties and was of high quality. Room was spacious and clean and the haram view was breathtaking. There are tons of shops near by and some good food spots but it tends to be very crowded all the time (especially after prayers) so I recommend including dinner in your reservation Madinah Train station is 15-20 minutes away by car which is important for people coming from or going to Makkah

Elevators can be a tad slow and crowded come prayer time, so plan accordingly

From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, the staff were warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. We were made to feel at home right away. Our suite was spotless, extremely comfortable will all the amenities we could possibly need. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, and everything was kept in perfect order. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience. The car arrangement of the historical tour in Medina was exceptional, the driver was very thoughtful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and highly recommending Intercontinental Dar Al-Iman

All amenities are super old, the 5 star hotel needs to be totally renovated as it’s out dated , the bathrooms are not suitable for elderly people as they cannot lift their legs to the bath tub to take the shower , their should be a small chair or bench type so that the elderly people can sit On it and take a shower. Waterlogs in the bathroom and we had to call for a bathroom sweeper to move the water to the drain , total renovations required as we are paying same five star hotel rates as in Dubai and expect class looks & feel. The reception has an old sofa couch of 5 seaters , the reception set up , the dining area ,all the amenities are super old , But service is very good, food is great, location is the best

We had an exceptional stay at Darul Iman Medina. From the moment we checked in, we experienced amazing hospitality from all the hotel staff. The hotel in itself is extremely well maintained and looks very brand new. The room was very clean and spacious as well as the bathroom which was spacious and very clean. The pillows are heavenly soft which was so fortunate as we were getting to sleep in short spurts but still managed to get restful sleeps. The absolute highlight is the location, you step out from the back of the hotel and the haram gate is right in front. Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to the management for an amazing experience.

The dinner menu can be improved but then again this wasn’t a main requirement for us.

the Staff made me feel like home. I was there to visit the Madeena haram mosque and the location is superb! my room was fantastic overlooking the mosque!

the elevators are too slow and out dated but I understood they are renovating. the price per night is expensive so im not sure if this time is considered season or not!
