We stayed for 4 nights in Saja Al Madinah. We enjoyed the stay however we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were very strict with their rules about not being able to check in before 5pm. Reception staff was very cooperative especially Layaan as she upgraded us to a King room with Uhud view when we bought up a slight issue with the room we were initially given. A special thanks to public relation officer Farah who would check every night with us, if we were happy with everything and could contact her if we needed anything. A 3-5 minute walk to womens mosque side and 10 minutes walk to men’s mosque side, so location is very ideal.

Reception area could be a little bigger, the reception sofas could be slightly cleaner and the area could have been more quieter around the reception.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast , close to gate 328 , easy access to the ladies side. Concierge staff very helpful. Worth the price, lots of amenities/ shops nearby for convenience.

The location is a bit far from Masjid Nabawi, so I couldn't often go home from the hotel to the mosque between prayer times

All the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. they were always willing to support and facilitate any legit requests. many thanks to Deema, who helped my wife get the pass for Riaz ul Jannah. great location for couples and families as it is close to gates 15 and 16, which are dedicated gates for ladies. room size was great with a lot of space. the bathroom was great too. breakfast was Ok, nothing fancy but did the job.

There was nothing that I would say I disliked. if i am being overly critical, there is some room to improve the breakfast better

near to Masjid Nabawi..around 5 minutes by walk..thank you very much to staff who was cleaned up my room at 9th floor..very kind person..

Wifi not working but its not the big issue for me..in my booking, accually get the mountain view, but I didnt get it..but its ok

1- Great and helpful staff 2- Close to Haram and taxi pickups. 3- For Ramadan, it was very helpful to find many local express restaurants including a nearby McDonald’s 4- Clean room with clean carpets 5- Elevators move fast during rush 6- Parking in basement

1- With recent changes of assigning visiting hours via Nusuk app by Saudi govt., it’s a very tiring walk to get to the other side for ziarah. Ladies gate is also a bit farther. Hotel can offer customers Golf cart car service to move them around the Haram and it will make it more distinctive and stand out among others.

The staff was really nice and also the hotel was clean, beautiful entrance and the location was ideal close to Madjid Nabawi 🩷

The bathroom was overall nice except the bathtub which needs a renovation so it felt kind of unclean, the paint was not good. Also one side of the beds, the plug socket did not work so we couldn't plug multiple devices to charge. But other than that everything else was fine.

5 minutes walk to Haram gate 329. Very well managed by customer care staff unlike many other hotels near haram who rarely focus on customer service - the lady in customer care office was very kind and helped us whenever we reached out to her. Room was cleaned on time, many evlevators made it easier for us during busy hours. Coffee shop inside hotel and markets restuarnats were next to hotel premises.

Everything was perfect until the last evening when we received a whats app message from hotel magnement, showing a picuture of bed sheet burned with ironing and requesting to pay cost of this damage SAR 195. The message claimed that this damage was done by us which was not true at all. Surpisingly no one called me or talked to me to validate this damage (if it really happened in our room) before sending such annoying message causing annxity to us. Thanks to customer care lady on the first floor office who not only listened to our complaint against this message but also releieved us from this annoying situation.
