The location is great, just a 10 min straight walk up the road and you’ll reach the Prophets Mosque. There are shops all along the road which are great for buying affordable gifts. The bedroom is clean, bed is comfortable! Breakfast buffet is good

Every time I used the bathroom sink, I noticed little flys in it. The hotel gave NO details of a charge for late check out. When you check in, they take a 200Riyal deposit. On my checkout day, they only returned 100Riyal and said it’s due to me checking out late, they absolutely refused to return my remaining money even though they have no policy anywhere disclaiming this!

Room size are bit small

Very clean (I just don’t like carpeted hotels because you know they’re never cleaned properly). Hot water available for shower which was perfect coz I went in winters. Location is great, 10-12 min walk to masjid-I-nabawi gate 314 but it’ll take an extra 4 or so mins to get to the women’s prayer area. Breakfast is amazingggg (even tho it’s in the hotel next door, zaha Al madinah, but no big deal). Customer service and room service were greatttt

Soo expensive

The hotel is at very convenient location from Masjid e Nabawi SAW on As Salam Road. It only takes 10 mins to walk to Gate no 314-315-316. These gates are very close to باب السلام and zam zam fountain. There is praying area allocated for both men and women at these doors so none of them have to walk further away. Taxi (Uber and careem) only takes 10 SAR to drop off either way.

Bathroom could have been more clean.

Very nice and welcoming staff, large rooms, large beds, comfortable, air conditioning works perfectly, very varied breakfast, 1.2 km from Masjid Nabawi around 15 min walk or less if you walk quickly but worth it compared to the service provided and the price !

Great location for price Clean specious room 10 minutes walk to masjid nabwi, with loads of different shops on the way from food, money exchanges , ATMs, and even 2 riyal shops!

Breakfast in the next hotel can get crowded.

Staff were amazing, fast and helpful. Cleaning service was also great and we saw them regularly and they would ask if we needed anything. They came quick to give us what we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the menu was slightly different on the other days. There was water dispensers and cups outside the room. Locations was convenient, a 20min walk to the Haram and it had lots of shops under the hotel and on the way to the mosque. Dates, gifts, accessories, body care shop etc. The room check when we were finished was fast and we received our 200riyal cash deposit back. They kept our bags safe after we checked out and gave us the access key for the bathroom even after check out.

Leaking bidet Shower ledge wet a lot of the bathroom.

The hotel is located just on the main road Al Salem. Excellent location with mind blowing view of Uhud mountain ⛰️. We landed in Medina Airport early morning at 0430 am . Then we reached the hotel and found Mr Shahin . I have requested him to take all the luggage and keep those safely , cause we will go to say Fazr prayer in Haram. He did excellent and we found everything in order after returning to hotel . Another name is Mr Raihan , he was very very helpful and cooperative. Always smiling face. Whole checking in I found Mr Fayez and he was great Over all a great stay

Breakfast could have been in the same building instead of Side building

Not the cheap choise for us, but I think it worths every penny. Room was great, clean, and comfy. Breakfast menus were nice, although we must walk to other building. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

No toothbrush and toothpaste? I think almost all SA hotel don't provide them though.

Excellent Stay Near the Haram We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located very conveniently, just about 15 minutes away from the Haram, making it easy to reach the holy sites. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, which was very helpful for our family. We also appreciated the affordable prices. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We were particularly impressed with the generous portions - we could eat as much as we wanted! Traveling with an 18-month-old can be challenging, but our stay was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to families.

However, we encountered a minor issue with one of the windows, which didn't close properly. This resulted in some noise and cold air entering the room during the first night. The issue was resolved the following day. The bathroom was clean and nicely appointed, although the shower cabin could benefit from better water containment. Water tended to splash outside the enclosure, potentially making the floor wet.
