- Super clean it seems like a 5 stars hotel. - Fast check in. - Good staff with fast service. - Very good breakfast. - Very good wi-fi. - Close to a very good restaurant. - Pickup point is so close to Al haram.

- it is far from al haram. - shuttle bus is really good but only works on prayers time, it would be perfect if it goes every hour. - little expensive compared to Mecca's hotels. Just FYI: Taxi from Airport costs 60 SAR. Taxi from Alharam costs 20 SAR. Taxi to al haramain train station costs 40 SAR.

Very kind and helpful staff, they checked us in early and upgraded our reservation to accommodate our needs without us asking, they also gave us helpful tips on the city and accepted late check out. Breakfast is great. Fair value for money and we will come back.

The negative thing is about water taps functionality, old furniture on the couch, and carpets could have been better vacuumed.

I think overpriced The shuttle driver Muhammad Was exl ... left on time which made a big difference.. Last year we waited forever to leave hotel..n even missed a rakaat of salaah .. the cleaners r exl... ladies at reception good ...

Need to have more shuttles not just one per salaah

Staff were great - excellent customer service by all employees! All staff were super helpful and welcoming. Hotel itself was clean, very comfortable, with a good breakfast.

The location - it was very difficult going to and from the haram as there's only one bus, which was always getting full. The driver was trying his best to his credit but there really should be two buses alternating between the hotel & the haram given the number of guests.

The hotel is quite a distance from the haram, however a shuttle is offered at each prayer time. Room was clean and spacious There is a restaurant 100m from the hotel, and the food is delicious with reasonable priced.  There also a groceries nearby close, at 200m by foot

The room amenities, like as mineral water, tea, and so on, were not topped off by housekeeping, where you ONLY  get them on the day of check-in.  Even though the make up my room notice was up at the door, they didn't make up room.

Very good breakfast. Location is not bad at all. Shuttle service is very good for all 5 prayers drops you at perfect location in garage 10B and you just take escalators which will bring you to gate 21 and gates 25-29 is for ladies and if you miss that can easily catch an uber for 12-14 riyals and have them drop you at Madinah 400 bus stop and from there walk straight 5mins will get you at gate 21.

Just the bathroom is little issue with water coming out while Taking showers but definitely not a deal breaker.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel driver taking guests to and from the Masjid was very kind and made sure we all knew where to go and no one was left behind if he knew we were coming straight after salah. There is a shuttle bus schedule of when the bus leaves; usually, this is approx. 15 mins before prayer time and pick up is 25 mins after each prayer. There is a supermarket a 4 min walk away from the hotel and places to eat are a 15 min walk away from the hotel or visit the hotel's own cafe downstairs or go to the plenty of places near the masjid. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was open from 6am to 11am - perfect for those who need extra sleep in the morning! The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and toiletries were provided. There was some confusion regarding the deposit, but I think that's mainly because booking.com makes it look like you paid but actually you pay at the hotel, the hotel only asks for a 1 night's deposit be paid before you arrive, I initially found it difficult to transfer as not many online banking give Saudi as an option, but thankfully HSBC global can do it without charge. Overall, lovely hotel, great service, good location, I will definitely be coming back here in future.

A little more cleanliness of the bathrooms is required...

Nice and quiet hotel. Great staff who spoke English. Good shuttle service to and from Masjid Nabawi. Shuttle service included Tahajjud prayers. Asked for a few favours from the reception staff and they kindly accepted the requests. Big Shopping mall close by and a kids entertainment centre. Taxi from Haram area costs 10-15 riyals to the hotel which is not too bad.

Shuttle bus timings changed but not all guests were made aware. Would advise staff to have the timings displayed at the entrance of the hotel (not at the reception desk) so guests can’t miss any updates.
