Everything was great in the hotel. Clean and comfy. I want to underline that even though it is a little bit further from Prophets mosque, they have a great shuttle for every prayer that takes you there. I want to emphasize that the shuttle is new because I saw from other hotels what kind of vehicles they drive and theirs is great. It is also nice to take a night walk from Mosque to the hotel if you are late to shuttle.

The hotel was a great stay. The check-in took a little while because my credit card was getting charged at the hotel rather than from booking.com from before and it kept declining for some reason, so I had to provide a debit card and it went through, so make sure to take a couple of cards with you just in case or have Saudi Riyal cash in hand. It was clean, staff were nice and front desk were too. They have a shuttle bus service for those living at the hotel which will take them till near Masjid Nabawi and from there the walk to the masjid is 5-10 minutes. If you were to walk from the hotel to Masjid Nabawi it would take you 35-40 minutes if walking at a fast pace. The shuttle bus service is good and I'd suggest taking a picture of the schedule and being there on time for arrival and departure but don't wait till last minute to get to the shuttle bus service otherwise it may not be there. When you need your room cleaned, you have to call a number and leave your doorknob sign outside asking for cleaning and hopefully they'll clean it by the time you come. If you need anything just ask the front desk and they'll help you, like we asked for an iron and it was delivered to our door after our return from outside. Overall good hotel, a little far walking wise but not bad for the price during Ramadan season.

The shuttle bus driver I felt takes his sweet time and comes on his accord after the beginning time of the shuttle service for each prayer time which is why I advise hotel residents to get there right at the start time specified and also asking for where the drop off and pick up location is over there to make things clear. There was an altercation in regarding to this and I witnessed it along with others on one of the shuttle bus travels and ever since then I hope the shuttle bus driver and hotel made things better, coordinated and came to a solution for a dedicated pick up and drop off point otherwise the hotel residents will be confused and get angry if they miss the shuttle service and rightfully so.

Rooms was large and Clean. At any time I request cleaning the room, the staff immediately available to clean at all time of the day. I like the peaceful and quietness with nice city view of the hotel and rooms.

need to walk around 20 to 30 minutes before you reach shops or supermarket. Always need Uber or Taxy to get to the mall, supermarket or even to the pharmacy. The hotel has no restaurant, so no breakfast provided but very limited items at the coffee shop. Need to download a food ordering apps like HungerStation to order food from restaurants and that takes 30 to 45 minutes to be delivered to your room.

Honestly everything exceeded my expectations. I been extremely comfortable to the extent that I changed my airplane ticket twice and extended my stay for a total of one month. Room is spacious, super clean, all utilities available. Comfy bed, safe, table, chairs ...aside from haram view . Staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, professional. Transportation via shuttle available with punctual schedule. Goes to haram area and getting back to hotel every prayer. Available for around 30 minutes before and after each prayer.driver is smart and got to know my preferred times of going and getting back from each prayer and notice where I stand even when area is crowded. Everything you will need is nearby and much cheaper than haram area (restaurants, grocery stores etc) I'll write another detailed review to help travelers. Overall as a world traveler/reviewer, I highly recommend staying in ewan dar el hejra. Price of stay is really cheap for the quality/services provided. Distance to haram area is around 1km and take 2-3 minutes with free shuttle service provided.

For the pricing point the hotel provide for all of our needs. Rooms were clean and comfy. Toilets were functional without any issues. Location was also good as it takes 2-3min with the hotel shuttle to Masjid Nabwi. The shuttle runs every waqt so it is easy to get to & from the haram for prayers.

No restaurant on site and they offer a very simple breakfast for SAR20. We opted to get breakfast at the hotels close to the haram after fajr which ranged from SAR50-SAR150 for buffet style breakfasts. There is a coffee shop inside the hotel but doesnt serve coffee or snacks. When we checked they only had chocolate bars and turkish tea.

Good and polite front desk reception. Check-in was quick. Excellent and customer oriented housekeeping service. Enough Towels were provided. Room cleaning also provided. Rooms were clean. They have a set breakfast menu in their cafe for 20 SR. There's not a proper restaurant inside the hotel. But there is a Pakistani restaurant in walking distance from the hotel. So it was not an issue. Hotel Close to the Masjid Al Nawabi. They have 1 shuttle mini bus that goes 5 times a day for prayers that takes about 2-3 mins to reach the mosque. 10-minute walking distance. Taxis take 10 SR to bring to.the mosque if you miss the shuttle bus.
