The hotel corridors and the room smell fresh, nice and comforting, as is the condition of the room and the bathroom. The design is modern classic and beautiful, which brings a cozy feeling to the stay.

Adding breakfast to the hotel would be a good idea.

The location is far from haram.you can't go by walk there is no pedestrian way..only you can go by car or hotel's shuttle(that is only available for prayer timings(zohar.,asar,maghrib,ishaa) there is no shuttle service for fajar prayer...

The location was far from the masjed el haram but there was a shuttle for every salah except el fager salah which was unknown for us before we arrived which was not suitable for us as ladies in foreign country to take a taxi at this time

Staff in the reception was not friendly. Evening staff i don't know his name. I wanted to pay in cash and he got angry to give change Reception people should receive the guest with a smile. He was arrogant. . Also wifi in my room was very poor.

Very nice family hotel , staff very friendly , the manager was helpful person. Al baik was at walking distance so a bonus .shuttle service between hotel and mosque was very convenient. Would highly recommend

The breathtaking view of Jabal Uhood was a rare and beautiful sight right outside our window. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, making it a perfect place to rest after a long day at the mosque. The toilets and towels were also clean, and essential amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and a toothbrush were thoughtfully provided.

- We loved the view of Jabal Uhood, but the café downstairs was closed during our stay. Since we visited during Ramadhan, we had to walk to nearby restaurants or marts for suhoor at 2 or 3 AM. While it was within walking distance, having the café open would have been more convenient. - The shuttle bus did not show up at the scheduled pickup times from Al-Haram. We waited 15–30 minutes each time, but the bus never arrived, forcing us to spend an extra 20 riyals each trip to return back to the hotel. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay, making transportation unreliable.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a chair, TV, fridge, kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, and water. Everything was in good condition, and the toilet was also clean. The room service staff were attentive and came daily to check if we needed anything. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Masjid Al-Nabawi, but it operates only during prayer times, The location is convenient, with Panda market, a hospital, and several restaurants nearby.

No bus available for Fajr. There is no breakfast or restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel is very good. All the facilities are in excellent working order, and the cleanliness is exceptional. It is also conveniently located near Hassan Mall, which features Al Bayk Restaurant and Panda Supermarket.

The shuttle's time to Haram should be extended. The shuttle should go to Haram and return at least once every hour. Additionally, Salatul Fajr time should be included in the shuttle schedule.
