Dear Hotel Management, As per your request to comment to stayed during the Eid holiday. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and appreciate the service. However, I noticed that the bathroom was quite small, and after some time, an unpleasant smell was coming from the drainage. Management was paying attention to the best of their abilities to clean the facility. Regularly providing water bottles and the necessary amenities to the rooms. Hotel is very close to Door no. 305, 307, 309. Hotel is across Masjid e Bilal, so walking distance to the bazar around Masjid e Bilal. Whatever we paid, we got the best for that amount. We have planned that we will stay there again. All the staff was wonderful.

Ideal location very close to Haram. Honestly, stay was good with understanding of a 2 star hotel. It was clean and every service was available on request. "Its not a 4 or 5 star hotel" but not a bad place for stay with limited or lower budget.

I was 5 mins walking distance away from Haram. All type of stores for shopping and restaurants were close by. It was clean meeting basic minimum standards.

Best location easy excess and availability was the best 👌 👍 everything was down to the hand , food grocery shopping and best was very near to madina masjid al haram. But due to season may be hotel was crowded

Hotel was too crowded may be due to group travelled from different country, reception staff was local but good, but busy in mobile anyways what was my need has been fulfilled

The hotel was good value for money. You pay for wh at you get. So it wasn't fancy, but a decent hotel. Close to madina mosque.

I really needed two rooms next to each other with the middle door. However, the hotel was really packed so it wasn't possible.

Bathroom is very uncomfortable, if someone takes a shower has to clean the floor because water goes outside the curtain .

There is no room service all time , I believe the workers always busy cleaning and getting ready for new customers . They’re very helpful even when anything requires they provide right away . I think they should start work early not after nine am .

Location very near to haram gate Salam. 5 minutes easy Walk. Reception support was impressive. Luggage support was helpful.

The bathroom wasn't clean and was very small with poor lighting inside. The room windows could be soundproof so no noise could come to the room from outside as well as the next room.

Most of the staff, especially the cleaning ones, were very friendly and helpful. The hotels location was amazing only a 3 minute walk from the gates of the masjid. Wifi was very very fast

The rooms were very dirty, dusty, and not cleaned well or looked after.
