No complaints. Everything was good, except the distance to the Masjid wasn’t always walkable, especially for older folks. We always ended up taking a taxi, uber, or the shuttle to and from the Masjid, but it wasn’t that expensive; up to 20 SAR one way. The main shopping center was near the masjid, so that was a bit far from the hotel, but there were restaurants nearby the hotel.

Good service and rooms, staff friendly. Clear walking route to Musjid AL Nabawi. Plenty of shops below and around the hotel.

The shuttle, too much disorder, people who didn't stay at the hotel would take it and you'd have to wait for the next one. This needs to be fixed by checking peoples room keys and confirming they stay there. This was not good at all.

Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is kind, professional and available at the reception 24/7. There are some shops and restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus service to Haram mosque is at every prayer time only. At other times one has to travel by taxi. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle bus could be every hour from either side to Haram mosque.

The bed was very comfy. The room decor was also nice. The view from the window was exceptional. Reception was very helpful. The parking was free of charge. The shuttle service from hotel to Haram was helpful. Food was delicious and yummy. Those who are looking for a hotel I would consider this hotel.

The bathroom’s size was a bit small and it was smelly. There was no proper ventilation there. Cleanliness needs to be improved at this hotel. It would be better to have a smart tv so the kids could enjoy their stay. Please improve these points so this can be a better hotel.

Rooms are excellent. Price is good Although compared to other hotels it’s around a 20 minute walk to Masjid nabawi (for someone fairly fit). They provide a shuttle bus to and from the masjid, which are scheduled around the prayer times (leaves 30 mins before each prayer, and then around 20 mins after the prayer) They have a sign at reception showing the times it leaves. Bus driver is extremely friendly and welcoming. Speaks Urdu and Arabic, and some English too, so. I worries with asking about scheduling or local recommendations

Breakfast was the same everyday, and was not buffet style. However, this is likely due to it not being as busy as other seasons, so the food was made to order instead. But variety would’ve been nice across the days.

The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly especially Sultan. Faisal was also a helpful receptionist. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Haram 30 minutes before each prayer and back. The drop off is close to Haram and it is also close to El Baik restaurant. If you miss the shuttle, you can take a taxi for SR 10-15. There is also a good restaurant next to the hotel. It’s called ريف العرب. There are a number of mini markets close to the hotel. In the room, there are toiletries, slippers, a mini fridge, a cupboard, a kettle and they provide tea and sugar. They add water bottles to the room while cleaning it. The room and the bathroom were spacious . There was no issue regarding elevators because there are many elevators. I surely recommend this hotel to those on low budgets. It’s a good value for money.

The shuttle is not big enough and it only runs once before each prayer.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

A giant Indian travel agent has booked and conquered most of the hotel for the entire year's umrah, and the pilgrims BLOCKED entrances to ALL LIFTS that we had to always take firestairs. They also BLOCKED the entrance to breakfast rooms, so the whole week we could never have the INCLUDED breakfast.

The room was spacious and filled with natural sunlight. Additionally, its close proximity to Al Haram was very convenient.

The building is old, and the service at the front desk was disappointing. I called twice (once at night and again in the morning) to request water bottles and slippers, but they never sent them, leaving us without water overnight. To be fair, the next morning, a housekeeping staff member provided what we needed. However, the toilet seat was loose, the breakfast buffet felt very low-quality, and the room walls and door were not soundproof, so we could hear every noise from the next room.

Pakistani restaurant downstairs was nice. Rooms were clean bed was definitely comfortable.

Bus service to the haram needs to be more often. We had too many customers and not enough bus trips.
