Bus time after Asar prayer was not suitable. There was no option to return after Asar prayer .

Breakfast was good. As for the location, the map shows it is a straight road to the Haram Shareef but due to road blocks it is not possible. Instead of 3km it is abt 8kms away from the masjid Nabwi. The taxi drivers most of the time charge whatever they want and sometimes just dont want to drive down to the hotel. The 10 times a day bus shuttle to haram shareef is really really good. I only wish it was a 24hr every hour service.

There is no eateries or restaurants near by to which you can walk to due to road blocks.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again once I come back to Madina inshallah.

Reception- all were friendly and very supportive. Wifi was good for children Overall, my children and we gave excellent 👍 to the hotel.

It's located near to Haram and takes 2 minutes on shuttle bus but currently due to blockage of king Abdul Aziz road, it takes 10-12 minutes on shuttle bus and there is no option to walk even.

Everything and everyone were marvellous, great facilities and services provided by respectful and accommodating personnel from reception to porters, cleaning, restaurant, and coffee shop staff, as well as bus drivers. We thank them all for a memorable 10-day sojourn, alhamdu liellaah. This was our second stay there, our first lasting 5 days last year.

We plan to return for a third relatively lengthy stay in a few months' time, in shaa Allaah. However, it does get quite pricey. A discount and/or some other perks for frequent guests and/or longer occupancy would be most welcome.

The room is clean, spacious with good facilities and nice view The staff are very cooperative and willing to serve you especially Mr. Abdullah at the reception. The shuttle to haram is always on time and it only takes 10 minutes to Haram. I highly recommend that hotel.

Housekeeping and cleaning up is not by default but you have to ask for it, however that could be convenient for some people so I wouldn't consider it as a minus

The breakfast was amazing and the total price was very reasonable! We had a suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sitting area (total 6 guests). The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great, as well (usually hotel shampoos/body washes are not high quality, but these left your hair smooth and had a very good scent). Each room had a high quality prayer mat and smelled very clean and nice! Staff was beyond welcoming allowing us an early check-in and whenever we called down for room service, someone was there to help within minutes!! Shuttle service is very convenient running about 30-40 mins before prayer time. The latest pick up time is 9:45 with isha prayer at 8:41. I feel like there should be at least one more regular shuttle after that time. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Medina especially with a family and kids!!

Nothing everything was amazing!

I was very pleased with the pricing and the excellent service provided by the staff, especially the two brothers, Inaam, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately can not recall. Abdullah at the front desk was exceptionally polite and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Ghulam, our server, who was exceptionally kind and hospitable. The shuttle bus service was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

We genuinely liked everything about our stay. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and clean, and the service throughout was excellent. From the delicious breakfast to the convenient shuttle bus, every detail was well taken care of and made our experience enjoyable.

Though it's a bit far from Masjid e Nabwi,their transport shuttle service make things easy..Breakfast- quality of food good..& room space adequate..

The transport service to Masjid e Nabwi should be more frequent & on time of pick up from the Haram,should be prompt..waiting for the transport spoils the reputation.

They had quite a lot of breakfast varieties especially for kids, including pancakes, nuggets and crepes. Everything was delicious. However, the location of the hotel was a bit far from haram. If you take taxi/uber it costed mostly 20 riyals but the hotel provided good shuttle service and they were all on time. Sometimes there are more people waiting for the shuttle, so the manager on duty would arrange another shuttle on spot. I stayed in their private suite and it was fantastic; big enough for 9 people family members if you have kids.

I personally feel that the timing of the shuttle service can be improved, for instance during the praying time, the shuttle can be more when coming back to the hotel. My family would stay behind to explore a bit and eat dinner. We normally finished at around 10pm but there was no shuttle service until 11:15pm. So we have to wait for an hour or directly take Uber or taxi. I think they can add in more variety of breakfast for adults, and change the dishes everyday, like daal to something else. So it’s not repetitive.
