Room are big and clean

Location is very bad specially for one who wants to go to Haram. And they dont have shuttle service as well, so you need to spend 30 SAR for taxi for ONE SIDE. It is opposite to Rashid maal and there is tunnel and road between so you cannot cross the road. You need to walk 25 mnt for Rashid Maal They dont have breakfast and there is no restaurant in less than 15 mnts walk Pool is outside with cold water so kids will not like it in November-January If you have your own car then it is good otherwise i really dont recommend it

We liked our stay at Hafawah Suites. It was neat and clean. It was a big room with a double bed and a single bed, with a much bigger living room with a smart TV, 5 seater sofa and centre table. There was a kitchen with fridge, microwave, hot plate, utensils, washing machine and 4-setaer dining table. So it was spacious one room suite with all the necessities. The bathroom was good with excellent new fittings and quality toiletries. Location was good; it was in front of Al Rashid mall. A couple of restaurants and shops were on walkable distance. My son enjoyed the swimming pool on the sixth floor.

The hotel doesn't have its own restaurants. I hope they consider offering breakfast. Since the location is a little far from the Haram, they should have a shuttle bus service. If this can be done, it will be a perfect location for anyone going to Madinah. Away from the crowded Haram area but with easy access

The hotel is nice , the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice cafe downstairs near reception, with discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff were polite. Nice small supermarket next door.

Check in was so long because it was so busy and rooms weren’t ready. The kids pool upstairs was very dirty, very strong smell of urine so clearly never maintained or cleaned well. I was so scared my kids get sick so I didn’t let them in the pool- such a shame as they were looking forward to it. Please maintain and clean the facilities because we picked the hotel for this reason and then couldn’t use it !!

We had a problem with the wifi in one of our rooms and the manager moved us to a new (and bigger) room within a few hours. We had apartment suites with kitchens and washing machines which was great. The kids loved hanging out at the coffee shop in the lobby. Any issues or requests were handled quickly and professionally by the staff. They also had free coffee and dates in the lobby during the day which was very nice.

The Apartment was clean and nice. Parking available. Good coffee shop.

1. I booked 2 apartments, and requested them to arrange the apartments next to each other. They agreed to do that. But when we reached there we found the apartments we got were not even on the same floor. I sent them this request 2 times, and they replied they will arrange that. 2. Masjid An Nabawi is not close to this property. It's bit difficult to reach for several road closure.

The hotel is in a quiet area. There are restaurants and shops and a laundry service and a tour office in walking distance. It is clean and you can request room cleaning. There is a very good coffee house in the hotel with tasty bites. The staff is very friendly.

The only thing I would love to see them improve is taxi service. I am an international traveller without a Saudi Arabian phone line so it was not easy for me to call a taxi. The hotel did not offer this service. Having said that the staff did their best to call for Uber taxi service for me and it worked out just fine at the end.

We were very happy with our stay, the room were clean and they are a lot of shops / restaurants / Grocery stores near by for your necessities

1) The breakfast was not an open buffet but some fixed meals (32 SAR per person), overall it was not a big deal as a lot of shops are nearby to get a good breakfast. 2) The drive way from Hotel to the Haram is full of detours and road maintenance, this is not the hotel issue however due to the location we were going to & from Haram 1 or maximum 2 times per day. hopefully all this road work will be finished soon.

Stayed at the executive suite which had two bedrooms, two washrooms, a lounge and a kitchenette. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all necessary amenities available for a comfortable stay. Parking is also available on site. The suites are around 10-15 minutes drive from the Prophets Mosque and is across one of the main malls in Madina.

Nothing major, however, the sound proofing can be improved in the rooms towards the main road.

The bell staff was really good and supportive. The apartment itself was good and seemed good value for money. The reception staff however, had a language barrier. I had requested to have a separate large double bed but they never responded and have me 3 single beds, which later the bell boy joined 2 beds to make one large bed so was all good in the end.

the location is alright but we were dependent on cabs and it was quite some distance away from Masjid-e-Nabawi and pretty much for everything you have to depend on the cabs, which is not ideal. You can commute to Haram for all 5 prayers because of the distance.

A very neat, clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable for my family with 4 kids. Good value for money in comparison to properties closer to haram which cost 4 times more. Convenient musjid directly across and several food establishments a few minutes away. Highly recommended for those who don’t mind a commute into the haram but are looking for a spacious affordable place to stay.

Whilst management are trying, there is still a slight lack in terms of customer service. We couldn’t get hot water in both bathrooms and sometimes reception took a while to respond. There is no shuttle to the haram but you can use apps like Uber easily.
