Clean, comfortable. very convenient for access to the main highways. Didn't have time to check out the restaurant, but it looked fine, and the menu was good. Easy parking right outside the front door

Situated in a heavily industrial area - fine for my purposes (I was travelling through Riyadh on my was to Aflaj from Bahrain) but best suited to the business traveller. No complaints though, just noting this for other peoples reference

The room was amazing. Super Cleans and Decent. Loved everything. Staff was super friendly. The hotel have everything your need. Washroom are supers luxury. Overall an amazing experience. I was traveling from Madina to Abu Dhabi so it was on my route that's why I chose this hotel and I am happy with the decision I made.

I think the price for one night as per the hotel location was bit higher.

I use this hotel a lot and everyone is helpful. It is super clean, and the food is good and reasonable. Ibrahim on the reception Desk was great as usual and Monir in accounts was very helpful. I will keep going back here.

i like the property but i didn’t know what happened with booking.com’ s arrangement of my booking’s reservation. i was charged and paid in advance thru my SABB mada visa during the reservation process for one night but i have to pay again at reception just to get the room to my surprised and up to now i don’t where’s my money goes.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness of rooms. Spacious Libby and dining area. Lots of parking.

Strong smell of smoke on the 1st floor corridor. Please note that the hotel location is near the highway. So you will hear sounds of trucks and cars horning and passing by. Room window faces a dark shaft facing another room window.

It’s very good location. Friendly staff. Except breakfast area. They need to leave the mobile phones and concentrate on guests and what is needed. We need to ask them to refill it.

The room is very clean, comfortable bed and big space, the staffs very helpful and nice. They struggled a bit to speak english but they still tried to help and try to understand what we need eventhough they dont really speak english

Loby smells like sewage! Pillows are fvery firm ! They use hot milk with the serial at breakfast. Breakfast buffet very basic.

I booked for 3 adults, but i did not get the 3rd bed. My son had to sleep on the floor with only mattress. I believe if i booked for 3 adults i should get a bed for the 3rd person
