The staff are really good, hospitable and welcoming. Room style and standard is ok although the room is really tight and need to pay attention to maintain cleanliness. I booked a number of times: at first it was good but then the dropped the standard!!

Number one is the wardrobe!! ! The wardrobe is too small to hang my clothes on (thobes) and it is very strange and it is annoying!!!. Shower water pressure can be a bit more stronger! Lake or convenient power outlet in the room is another aspect I didn’t like. The rate is quite expensive but I book there as I know they hotel environment is safe and good. I did not try their breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, with a welcoming attitude. They were always smiling and tried their best to help. They were also very responsive to any requests. The reception staff were very kind. I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Al Tonsy for his excellent service throughout my stay, as well as all of his colleagues at the boutique.

Some minor improvements could have made my experience even more excellent. For example, having a more diverse selection of food options for breakfast would have been appreciated. The staff also offered to provide any additional food items I requested, which was a nice touch.

The property is quite new and very beautifully decorated. The rooms are small (very compact) but clean and comfortable. Linen and towels are fresh and clean. The staff are friendly but speak very little English. Good coffee at the restaurant. Mohamed is very polite and helpful.

It should be easier to communicate with the staff. I complained about a logged wash basin for 3 days in a row and even showed them pictures, but they didn't fix it. They also need to clean out the trash daily, even if the room doesn't need cleaning. Breakfast is too simple - would be good to have some more options for fresh eggs or fruits.

My recent stay at Iris Boutique was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm smiles and friendly demeanor of the staff. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was a particular highlight; it was spotless and stocked with luxurious toiletries

Nothing to mention here that I found negative point

Decent clean hotel with non smoking rooms. Good for a business traveller. No facilities but rooms are good. Some rooms are small with queen or king size beds. Simple breakfast if you order it and decent coffee. Staff are friendly but don't speak much English.

I've usually had a problem with the bathroom sink and last time even with the door lock. They couldn't understand what the problem was and weren't able to fix it.

The cleanliness is excellent, and it’s a comfortable place to stay. The location is very close to Roshen Front, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is well-stocked with all the toiletries you need.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms is very poor; I couldn’t use it

Every amenity was included & well-appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail; small touches that made the stay especially comfortable.

Unfortunately, some nearby construction makes the lobby & parking a bit tricky to reach, currently, but this is not the property’s fault and should be fixed in the future.

Room was very large and cozy and exceeded my expectation. Remember to press the 'request' button if you want room cleaning, it is not by default.

Breakfast was very weak. Also there is not much around the hotel, but it was close to my office so I did not mind.

The overall cleanliness and design of the hotel was impeccable. Very comfortable and very refreshing for Riyadh.

The room was extremely small with one very small window that just opened up to the building's wall (!). Doesn't appear to reflect the amount of money I paid for it.

Super nice staff, sparkling clean, beautiful decorated new boutique hotel with reasonable price.
