I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip to Riyadh and found it to be a great choice. Located on the outskirts of the city and close to the airport, it offers easy access for those flying in for meetings or short stays. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for work and rest. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were professional and responsive. While it's not in the city center, the quiet location provided a restful environment after long workdays. I would recommend it to business travelers looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, good value for money, good cleaning service, plenty of parking space. I really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately there is no acoustic insulation, which means that you can hear the neighbors children crying ☹️ and the call for prayer in the mosque nearby… The parking lot underground is good but I would advise to go only if you consider yourself a skilled driver. In any case there is enough parking outside the hotel.

- plenty of space in the room, with large windows, a desk, multiple chairs… - extremely friendly, patient, receptive staff who helped me with my bags, offered me tea, and helped me with all questions/concerns - delicious room service breakfast of fruit, eggs, bread, butter, honey, and jam (didn’t even think to take a picture before I promptly devoured it…) - pretty lobby - room outfitted with toiletries (soap, lotion, loofah, wipes, slippers!), a kettle, tea/coffee, drawers, a closet, and a mini-fridge - comfy bed with heavy sheets, slept great - multiple locks on the doors, felt very safe as a young female solo traveler

The hotel staff were exceptional. We had a large group of 18 people staying and they made sure our stay was perfect. From the response to questions before we arrived to making sure we had the correct types of availability for rooms. Nothing was too much for the 2 reception managers. The rest of the staff including porters and restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was great.

Very nice modern hotel indeed. We booked 2 rooms for a family of four but they have upgraded to an Apartment with 2 bed rooms and living room etc which was a great touch .Ahmed at the reception is very customer focused and easy to deal with.

Nothing as such but may be breakfast options could be improved but not a big deal

New and clean hotel, nothing fancy but everything is there for a nice stay. Location is good, it is near the airport and from the hotel many areas of Riyadh are very easy to reach (Riyadh traffic is a nightmare but that is no fault of the hotel...). In fact there are big supermarkets, shopping areas and restaurants within 2 minutes drive from the hotel.

Road construction works make accessing the hotel a bit hard. Breakfast is ok but could have more variety

The location close to the airport and is perfect before or after a flight. The room is large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help to get a car transfer

The breakfast is correct, but limited in choice. The fruit juices taste water and there are very few sweets, such as croissant or similar. It is OK for one night.

Staff attitude and service, pleasant and friendly. TV channels selection Comfy beds. Room size. Housekeeping and cleanliness.

Breakfast was very limited and very basic. Location a bit far from restaurants and coffee shops. Electricity cut more than twice a day for a minute or two.

An economy hotel which exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable with a good shower, and whilst breakfast was basic, it was well presented and very tasty.

No safe in the room.
