We stayed for 4 Nights. Our flight was slightly delayed but through early communication staff were there for our late 11pm arrival. Cannot fault the staff at all. Thank you Fah for all your help. Our room was on the fourth floor. We knew that there was no lift at the time of booking. Good for first up fitness. Room was clean and great value for what we paid. No there is no pool or restaurant but look around the corner and you will easily find what you need.

Some ants in room but once we knew they were around it was easy to manage. Thai style mattress but hey… we are in Thailand.

Location is really good. You'll need earplugs because there is a bar next to the hostel. It did not bother me with earplugs I could sleep easily. They have good curtains that blocks all light, fridge in the room . Friendly staff. Great to have a code for the main door so you can come and go as you like. They provide a towel for the beach if you ask. There is shampoo and shower gel. Bed was hard I like it like that. Very good pillows as well

There was no curtain in the shower so the floor was always wet. The room was not ready when I arrived after the check in time (around 3pm) even if I emailed them my arrival time but they cleaned the room quickly as I arrived and apologised. So it was ok in the end. No big deal for me. WiFi in the room was very poor or close to inexistent. I had a local SIM card with unlimited internet I'm glad I invested in one of those upon arrival at the airport.

Staff were super helpful and polite 10/10 Room served daily if you wanted Hot showers Location for beach Location for bars, restaurants and shopping Location for laundry service For this price point i think its great would definitely cone back Cats

Not a big one but if you have young kids bar was noisy until about midnight but that's cos of location if you don't like, stay further away from restaurants, bars and beach. Just be aware you need to walk stairs with luggage :) again no a biggie

Me and my fiancé had the best time at catnip seaside hotel&cafe, the staff are so polite and attentive, the hotel was nice and clean, we really enjoyed the sunroof. The cats they have are so adorable 😍 and well looked after we wish we could take Chao Coa home with us 😊. The hotel is now going through some renovations and so we are soo excited to come back next year and see the growth and say hello again. Thank you for everything catnip hotel.

Really awesome place, less noisy compare to Patong beach, lovely beach in front hotel, staff super friendly, nearby 7 11, food heaven, massage center & the most important is can play with various cat for free such as mankoon, British short hair & many more, they also got special room for this cat & u can play them as long as u can.. Got parking too if u travel by car. 10 minute driving to Patong beach.. Overall a place that so recommended & sure will come again..

Good place to stop if vou want to check out kamala beach before heading south to the tourist destinations. Clean room, clean sheets, and cant beat the price per night. Staff was amazing. Offered the 4th floor sea view for same rate as second floor. No lift so it is a walk up with average wifi. Would repeat as it is close to merlin scuba diving center. Beach is not the best but neither is patong.. if you have time, i would venture as far away from tourist areas and really see thailands beauty. Would repeat my stay in this quaint room. 100 during the day and 84° at night. The town has a market not far away and several restaurants and water activities and tours available. It does get quiet around 11-1am so no late nights here.

Great location, clean and reasonably priced. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night. However..

After booking an extra night we couldn’t stay in the same room. We had to check out at 12 and check into a different room at 3. The 2nd room was not quite as nice and the air conditioning was very noisy. The 2nd room also had no tea & coffee facility though there was a kettle.

I liked that the room had a balcony with seaview and the location were very good near beach. Staff was kind and cats were sweet

In the hotel there were lot of stairs (if room on the higher floors) so if u have bad knees it s not good option for you. The atmosphere were too calm for me or maybe it affected that i came from patong beach which was very different than kamala beach. Not so much things to do near kamala beach i think.

Great location, close to the beach and on the main road. Good size room, comfy bed and very clean. Had a microwave, small fridge and kettle with coffe and tea supplies. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have some lovely cats which you can spend some time with for a tip or a 5 star review. We would definitely stay here again!

Tge aircon was very weak, hopefully was a one of because we loved the place.

Fairly clean, bed was comfortable, good shower. Not bad for the price I paid.

The mattresses on the bunk bed looked very thin and uncomfortable. The blinds are not protecting well from the sun. A/C was not very powerful so was a bit warm at night even with coolest mode. WiFi was not great
