Such a gorgeous place to stay and so close to the beach and promenade for easy access to restaurants, bars and cafes. Everything is spotless, pool area is lovely and Dimitri's cocktails are fantastic! The owners cannot do enough for you, they make you feel so welcome and help with any table bookings or excursions you wish to book. The rooms are lovely, beds are really comfortable and the Aircon was a godsend. Breakfast is served at a lovely restaurant just on the corner of the street by the beach, every day we were served 4-5 courses and it was different food each time. We will definitely stay here again, can't wait to come back!

Where to start!? Gorgeous pool area. Nice, open, airy and large rooms that are light and bright and very tasteful. Very short (1/2 block) to the beach. Staff was incredible and very warm and welcoming. Made us feel like friends. To have breakfast included was really nice. Some people complained that they didn’t like the limits on only one thing available . I didn’t mind it at all….. the food at SOUL was delicious and they changed it everyday. Coffee or tea, OJ, bread & sweets selection then main dish which always seemed to include something savory and a fresh fruit salad to finish. Not bad for a breakfast included. While we were there we enjoyed things like Shakshuka (egg in tomatoe sauce) and a ham and cheese omelette. I would not complain about such a breakfast. Overall stay was wonderful. Pleasant. Weather was beautiful and I would return again…. That is always a measure for me. Would I stay here again?…. And I certainly would.

Location is perfect as close to beach/shops and restaurants and the rooms/property is immaculate. Lefteris and Dimitri are both welcoming and very helpful. Arranged taxi from/to airport and even recommended and booked us a restaurant in Fira one evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely suites everything you need . Close to the beach and all bars and restaurants . Lovely pool area and staff very helpful. Great breakfast served in Splash restaurant short walk from suites 4 courses and a beach view what more could you ask for .

Not enough sun beds

Location close to shops and tavernas , the staff were lovely and very helpful. Clean .Nice pool and can use facilities if waiting for a late flights, we’ve stayed here before and would stay again

If on the ground floor, you feel you have to keep Curtains drawn as very overlooked from pool, but that wasn’t an issue as we were out most of the day

Absolutely amazing, accommodation 2 min walk to beach and bars restaurants , spotless apartments family run lefty & son couldn’t do enough for you , always available to help in any way possible, arranged taxis and booked restaurants , Highly recommend

Nothing to not like

I loved the location of the suites, the suites were close to the airport and only a bus ride into the main town which I really loved. The suites were a close stroll to the beachfront, restuarants, bars and shopping. If you want to stay in Fira it is a little far away from the port and the main town but this was a positive for me not a negative. There was plane noise if you were lying by the pool flying overhead but we were out most days and enjoying the island exploring and you just have to take a sip of your mojito while it flys over and you stop noticing.

Very pretty, clean and tidy property in a great location approximately 1 minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly & helpful manager who also arranged our airport transfer for us. Lovely room overlooking the pool.

Breakfast at the beach bar was excellent but not everything to our taste. Friendly and helpful staff.

To have a menu choice with appropriate nationalities catered for. So much waste food which is not good for a chef to see.

Suite was spotless great facilities lovely pool. owners were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything absolutely loved our stay at kayla suites hope to come back again.
