Hotel is really clean Food is diverse and pretty tasty Staff is very quick and helpful The location is good, near the shops, and the sea is close by

Free wifi only at lobby area, and the signal is weak Cocktails are terrible and warm Loud music at pool area all day (not really a bother, if your windows don’t face the pool)

The hotel is good, clean, good location, not too far from the sea, staff is friendly What was amazing is the variety of food, deserts. Everything was delicious.

The activities are very limited, music and concert from 9 to 11 are mostly dedicated to old people. Also didn't like the alcoholic drinks.

The location was good and we had beautiful views of the mountains

The staff need to learn some English language 🙄. Because they speak Russian and Turkish. In the hotel there was 90% Russian

The room was not cleaned as through as we would expect on a daily basis.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire place is very clean, with a beautiful and well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, polite, and welcoming — special thanks to the bar team, you guys are awesome! The team speaks English, Russian, and German, which made communication very easy. The spa center is located right in the hotel and the staff there are also very professional and do a great job. There are also some nice entertainment options like table tennis and hookah, which we really enjoyed. A big shoutout to the small restaurant with Turkish flatbreads — they were absolutely delicious! The beach is just across the road from the hotel. It’s clean, quiet (no loud music), and perfect for relaxing. You can also find some shops and souvenir stands both inside and near the hotel.

Everything was good. We arrived with three another family. All in all I can say the hotel was very good, the food was excellent,there were different kind of food every day in the restaurant so I must say everybody is able to find delicious food.The service was also great,the best waiter is MUSTAFA. He is kind, helpful and very patient man. We got the same table every day, he reserved it for us. Lets say something about the accomodation. We had a family room. Big, comfortable with a balcon. The room was cooled with airconditional, that you can easily switch off or on.PErfect. The house cleaning is also good. I can not say any bad about the ladies. THe pools are wonderful,enough large, about 26-28 degree. THe indoor pool is closed,pity.The beach is about 5-6 minutes walk far, not so much.On the beach there is a bar, you won't be thirsty. The entertainment team was also great, they did their job very well. In the evening the nights were fantastic, with many programs. The finally I would say that the ice.coffee was super.

It is really diffucult to say anything about it. But If I want to be honest, I would say the internet.If you want a good, fast connection, you have to pay extra cost. For a day of internet you have to pay 5euro/person/day and then you will feel like you are at home with your net. And still one thing must be mentioned. Not everyone is from Russia. So the bar workers must be more polite with other nationalities.
