I flew in for a quick meeting and needed some place to stay near the airport since I flew out early the next day. It is the perfect location by the airport, new, very clean, and quiet. Exactly what I needed for my specific purposes!

Would have loved for it to have some options where I could go for a walk outdoors (like on a sidewalk), but that’s not the hotel’s fault - it’s the nature of where the airport is located in relation to Little Rock. The workout center sufficed. Also would have been good to have a few more gluten free options for food in the little convenience store at the hotel, but that wasn’t a deal breaker since I brought my own snacks.

Everything was good bed was comfortable. I understand it’s a brand new hotel and the comfort Inn across the way. Literally had a small bar and decent food and it was within walking distance so it was very nice.

The only thing I did not like is, I was in my room Monday afternoon and someone was trying to get in my room. It was given a key for my room number 204 and I heard somebody outside the door opened it up and I don’t know why the front desk gave her a key With the same room number. Not that it was a big deal. We both went downstairs and straighten that out because I had paid for two nights, but it was just a little unsettling that that may happen and maybe just an easy mistake but something that should’ve been avoided other than that everything was great

The breakfast was fine and the location is great for anyone planning to use the airport.

We arrived at night around 10:10 PM and found the front door locked and no one seemed to be at the desk. We knocked several times before anyone came to the door. After signing in, I had to go back outside to the car and put a paper on the dash of the car to show that we had checked in to the hotel for the night. That requirement seemed excessive.

The staff went above and beyond for my mom and I. Whatever we needed, they took care of it for us. The young man, De Undre, was very professional and polite yet also had the ability to set us at ease about our flight arrangements and getting my wheelchair bound mom to the airport on time. . Thank you to all.

Honestly, I can't think of a thing

This was by far the cleanest and most modern hotel I've stayed at. Excellent bathroom and I love the wardrobe spot with tile - it made the room feel particularlu clean.

The coffee maker had no outlet and had to be moved to use it. The self-serve bar was $6.00 for a beer during happy hour, after you wait in line to purchase a prepaid card! 😢

The proximity to the airport and the cleanliness of the property.

It would be nice if there were a few dining places in the area.

Could not have been at a better location. Very clean hotel. The beds are quite comfortable and the late night front desk agent was very accommodating.

The property was excellent and convenient because we were picking someone up from the airport

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

No complaints. Comfortable bed but bathroom could use some updating and I noticed dust and hair on baseboards. Pet peeve of mine.
