Extremely close to the airport. I was in a rental and worried about the process to return it. Being so close to the airport allowed me to get there early without much loss of sleep and turn the rental in. The in door atrium was a nice touch too.

My door was slightly ajar at the bottom and would slam if I let shut by itself. The pool was not available though the night patron indicated it was. When I looked at it the pump was off and was clearly dirty. I took my son to the boys club about 4 miles away instead.

The location was perfect. The staff was great, especially Vanessa. She was over the breakfast. She was friendly and very helpful. I forgot my purse and she immediately had it locked up in the office for me. She reassured that I got it back. We were there for a medical visit for my 5 year old. She reassured her with a hug and told her she would pray for her. She checked back on us the next day. She genuinely cared. That really meant a lot to us. Another person was extremely rude to Vanessa, she graciously responded to him, “I appreciate your patience with me.” She explained the reason breakfast was just a moment late was because the omelets were not quite ready. She did not seemed bothered at all by his rudeness. She continued working hard and being pleasant and friendly. I admire her work ethics and her positive spirit. The breakfast was hot and good with a nice selection. We enjoyed the biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and good coffee. There was plenty more selection too. The hotel was clean and nice. Boston’s gourmet pizza was 400 feet from us and I got take out from there. It was fabulous! They had a great selection of food, not just pizza. The convenience was great. The dining area of holiday express was also great. It was clean and comfortable with nice furniture and a large screen tv. We enjoyed eating at the table and letting my child color in her new activity book.

The indoor pool was ice cold. My five year old has been through so much with her physical health. She loves swimming and she did play some in the ice cold pool. I could not join her due to I have arthritis and cannot tolerate the cold. I sat on the edge with my feet in the miserably cold water. There were 2 families that tried to swim as well and could not tolerate it either. Their children really tried to though. The mattresses and pillows were too firm for my taste. I left with a headache and back ache from lack of sleep for 2 nights and stress for what my child is going through. I couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed.

The facility was clean. Our room was spacious and clean. Guest services was immaculate. They have a computer and printer in the lobby which I ended up having to use and they made sure I had enough paper to print about 80 pages; no extra charge. Breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Ease to travel to the shops and concert venue. Vanessa who cooked and prepared the breakfast was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful! Food was good!

It’s an older hotel but has been renovated. Not super modern but nothing really not to like.

Breakfast variety was good. Keep the cinnamon rolls! Location convenient to my destinations

Elevator was broken...but I had ground floor, so not an issue for me Lobby restroom needed cleaning

Nice, decorated for holidays, breakfast coupon, next to a twin hotel with famous Boston's restaurant.

The transfer to the airport which is a 7-minutes ride was not free as promised. They asked for $8 per person, Uber was cheaper.

This place has a lot of refurbished rooms. The rooms are just fine. It is bare bones basic but is clean and friendly and economical. It’s a good stay over. Why pay more?

I hoped for more healthy choices in the little market at the front desk. Need Orange juice for breakfast.

Close to the airport and they have a free shuttle.

It’s not their fault when you have an early flight but it would be nice if they had boiled eggs and fruit or something easy in a bag to go for those missing the free breakfast because of early flights. Not a dislike, per se, just a suggestion.

Very clean and well appointed. Outlet and USB plugs throughout the room. Great shower with easy temp control. Easy room temp control.

Not a didn’t like but if your a light sleeper pick a room away from the highway as it’s very close and you can hear the traffic throughout the night. Not terrible, just be aware

Friendly staff and very clean. They offer a great breakfast and they have a wonderful Lobby that I was able to catch up on some school work.

I was told that the swimming pool was open but was informed it was would not be open when we checked in.
