What a wonderful place to experience the snow! The rooms were well designed and beds were comfortable. It was lovely to experience the outside onsen while surrounded by snow. They had a cafe and guest lounge which provided lovely spaces other than our room to relax (and also catch up on some work). The staff were extremely kind and welcoming to our family. There was also a kids play room for smaller children. The dinners were particularly exquisite! It was like dining in a 5 star restaurant with a degustation menu every night. It is very close to walk to the slopes for skiing and further 5-10 minutes down the road (walking) there is also a cafe and some other dining options.

The rooms were a little hot but this seems pretty standard for anywhere in Japan. We just opened the window to let some cooler air in.

Lovely Western/tatami room with Mountain View. Onsen was excellent with indoor and outdoor soaking pool, and sauna and cold plunge. The food was delicious. Breakfast buffet with many options. Dinner was a special set menu that changed nightly. Guest lounges was comfortable and even had 2 massage chairs. Shuttle bus to get you to the other ski areas picked up at the front door. Only a 5 Minute walk to Annupuri ski area

Good Location. I loved the ambience the moment I stepped into their lobby. The Front Desk team is helpful and friendly. Rooms are well done with a spacious layout. A really beautiful outdoor onsen. They also have a nice lounge with massage chairs which we enjoyed using after a day on the slopes. Best of all…..their Kaiseki dinner! Be sure to stay at least three nights to try it all!

The onsen was fantastic, the breakfast and dinner were excellent and the hotel was very comfortable and clean.

The pillow provided for the traditional accommodation was very uncomfortable! They thankfully were able to provide me with a more comfortable pillow. The hotel is about a 50 minute bus ride from the main part of Niseko (hirafu) - would be suited to have a car as the buses only run hourly. Although it is a 5 minute walk to the Annupuri slopes!

The hot spring was unwinding and my family enjoyed the location of the hotel since it’s around 10minutes walk to the ski resort. The food was luscious with various local delicacy and other food options. Moreover, the strawberry milk in the vending machine near the public Bath tasted so good after a nice rest in the onsen.

The proportion of the food was quite a lot and it would be better if food proportion sizes options were provided.

had no trouble finding the place - use G maps. free parking, excellent check in check out process, the room is good size for 3 with 2 beds and 1 bed on the tatami floor 9 which is set up for you during dinner. beautiful rooms and hotels, quiet refreshing, free parking. there is a guest living room where free coffee and drinks and massage chairs, and beautiful desks with views . onsen has an outdoor and indoor area and its really beautiful and relaxing. breakfast and dinner is exceptional and staff is super helpful and attentive. there is lift facility. perfect . looking forward to coming again. we tried skiing which is just 10 min walk away.

The hotel staffs were so attentive and helpful, the manager even came to work earlier on Sunday to drive us to Niseko train station to catch our train at 6:30 am. There was no other option for us to get to the station without his kindly offer. Thank you so much. Onsen was the best experience and meals were so great on experamenting Japanese cruisine.

Friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel and the spacious onsen. Yukata is provided. It is a quiet place with a small souvenir shop and lobby has a small bar (beer, sake and ice cream). And the walk from the hotel to The Nook, Annupuri Ski area is about 7 mins. Lots of fresh snow could be found around the hotel, since the hotel is next to a conservation forest.

The United Ski shuttle goes to the hotel only every hour during off-peak season. It is actually a slope down from Northern Annupuri resort to the hotel.

Hotel owner has good taste. I like the deco of lobby and hot spring. There is also massage chair in the lounge. Dinner is delicate and delicious. I can get discount for An’nupuri ski ticket in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our ski life in Niseko and our stay in this wonderful hotel.

A little walking distance to the ski area

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The onsen was an absolute delight for all members of the family from young kids to grandparents. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for families! Location was great and just next to the ski area
