The house is clean. Process check in and check out is easy. The house complete with the necessary facilities. View nice. 6th floor just nice...not to high. Hanger provided a lot which is added value. We can wash our cloths and hang it. Surrounding area has a lot of restaurants. There is a mall next to the condo. Family with small kids will like it because there have a playground for kids.

If u provide netflix much better. The TV channel doesn't have much choices. Surrounding are busy area. Please expect jam especially at the road go to your parking. U need to make one big round to go to parking. Parking a little bit far from the access lift.

Location above a mall with shops that cater both to adults and kids, cool aircon, lovely view from balcony, great bed, pillows, conforter, clean including ceiling fan, big fridge, washing machine, bay windows, very responsive and friendly host

Little touches could be made to improve this place like adding towel drying rack in balcony, removing cookware not meant for induction cooking since no gas cooking, label shower and shampoo container, smart TV since for kids normal channels have nothing much to watch and signal lags, more utensils like bigger bowls, wine opener, shuttle bus schedule could be provided and pool cleaning schedule. We missed swimming this morning coz pool was closed for cleaning. Directions for those without a car like through gate 2 then out from gate 1 after key collection point. Trash bags could be provided along with extra blanket or two.

Great location with close proximity to JB city center and a plus point of panoramic view of the straits of Johor facing Singapore. A shopping center and food court or restaurants are within a walking distance. Another plus point is clear instruction supporting by video on how to collect key and access to the property.....

basic entertainment of basic and free TV.....it would be good to have a netflix or movies channel as entertainment...

There was only one cup. Very limited cutlery . Should have more kitchen stuff . No floor mats in bathroom . Overall place is clean but shower stall has mold n mildew .

The house is comfortable, all the equipment is there, the swimming pool is big, the kids like it and it's comfortable.. make sure you wear the appropriate swimwear or the guard won't allow you to swim.. thank you the owner of the house Mr. Patrick helped a lot and answered all questions quickly..

the aircond in the master bedroom is not very strong,n toilet a bit smelly..

Property was as advertised and enjoyed the space.

As the property faced a major road and it was only on the 6th floor, it can get noisy during peak hours and when motorcyclists ram their engine.

The facilities were fabulous, the beds were comfortable and only a taxi ride from the city centre 😀

Trying to find the restaurant with the key and get instructions to access the accommodation without WiFi was tricky.

Our stay is just right beside the mall. The property is clean and organise. Everything in the property working fine. Fast and efficient reply from Mr Patrick thru WhatsApp.

If only is facing the sea will given 100/10

Unit was very clean with basic necessities, check in was easy with clear instructions

Suggest to add more hooks in the bathroom and do something about the odour in the toilet

The host was very helpful during the stay and the unit is clean and big for the four of us. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!
