Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and Wells Fargo bank. Staff was friendly and always greeted us when going in our out. The suite was comfortable, with a large fridge, decent kitchenette, reasonable working space for two and sufficient surfaces for cosmetics.

One of the two elevators was broken for the entire week of it stay. Breakfast is okay minus, with no vegetables on sight. They will only clean your room if you call reception to ask for it, and will require you to leave your room during clean up. I've never encountered such policy. The hotel was far from meeting the expectations from its price range. A guest left a plate with food remains in the elevator lobby of our floor. It wasn't picked up for two days, i.e. nobody in the cleaning staff really cares, and management is not paying attention to what's going on.

The room was nice and the view was decent. The gym was small, but it was clean. The shopping center connected to the property was convenient. I like having a refrigerator and utensils to prep snacks and small meals.

The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was terrible. The water took a really long time to warm up the first night. The fact that there was only one elevator operating for everyone staying made waits excessive and caused the elevator to be crowded.

As I do not drive in US, this hotel is in an excellent location that there are restaurants that you can walk to eat, supermarket to buy daily utilities or simple food to cook at the kitchen. Also has a running trail nearby. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Ops, can do self laundry also.

There is air conditioning for warm/cool air. But it cannot maintain constant temperature. That’s means it will take times for the room to ‘warm up’ and then it will eventually cool down and then warm up again to your temperature set. It’s ok but a bit noisy and takes time. As the temperature this week was warm, I turn off the air conditioning and open window which is good.

We came in for the 49ers Football game this weekend. We had no familiarity with the area but I wanted something close to the airport and close to the stadium. We were 9 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was very clean with a good hot breakfast. There are additional snacks and adult beverages to purchase at the check-in desk. Next to the hotel is a great Italian restaurant with homemade brick oven pizzas and pasta. The rooms were good size and look forward to bringing my family back.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the stay or the service. Really the only negative is there really wasn't any places to shop in the immediate area but that's not what we were there for anyway.

Location was great since it's within a shopping center with several food options and other shopping. We never had to load the kids in the car to get food, which is great for everyone. It's also less than a 10 min drive from California Great America and the stadium. Very kid friendly and the breakfast was perfect for the whole family. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for us and all the kids, including extra bedding and a full kitchen.

Only negative was the pool not being open until 10 am, so our small kids weren't able to swim in the morning when we had nothing to do, and we are early risers.

Super clean and well-maintained property, very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in the dining area. Adjacent parking a plus. Eateries and grocery story within the plaza walking distance. Great location.

The hotel breakfast left much to be desired. I know it was complimentary so we weren’t expecting Sunday Brunch quality, but it was just average for it being a selling point online. Could have been better by adding a bit more variety and healthier choices.

Top level, large room, clean, two televisions, metal utensils. AC can set to cool or hot. Microwave, dishwasher and fridge available. Free breakfast available in the morning (bagels, coffee, etc.). Parking at adjacent shopping mall garage, close walking distance to hotel. Tea bags provided as expected.

Staff charged $100 more to my credit card by mistake. When I discovered the next day and let them know, they refused to admit mistake or apologize. They said it was a temporary charge. But later that afternoon I saw they had refunded the charge and then re-charged the correct amount. So it was their mistake but if it was not my persistence they need to re-check this, probably they would not have fixed the overcharge. AC is noisy in the room when it is on. Shower head is fixed, minimal rotation only. Minimal hotel supplies e.g. no toothpaste, shower cap, slippers, hand cream etc. in the room. No complimentary water bottle in the room either. So be prepared with your own supplies.

Excellent! highly recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast had cereal, oatmeal, fruits, eggs, waffles, sausages, toasts, coffee and tea. The rooms had a very nice and clean crib for our infant. The place is located in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and warm.

I wish I would had stayed there longer.

Rooms are compact, but well organized, and the hotel is well-located to get around Santa Clara county and access the San Jose airport. Staff were excellent! Lots of choices at the included hot breakfast.

This Hyatt House is basically in an open air shopping mall — so good for the restaurant choices, but not so great for the bright parking garage lights that shone in my windows all night and defeated the blackout shades, which might be a problem for rooms from the third floor or so up on the odd numbered side. They do need to figure out housekeeping: despite being told we would receive service the third day (out of a four night stay, kind of weird, but still...), we did not receive any service. This is a problem when you're in a room with a kitchen, and could be mitigated by making it easier for people to empty their own kitchen trash.
