Clean room, location is acceptable, breakfast limited option however very good quality and taste. The staff was cooperative. just across the road is a good restaurant. The location is outside the city, so it was easy for me to go for a run towards Lwaracne school. The place is quiet and cool. A good parking place.

Bathroom fittings need attention as leakage keeps the floor wet. Some stinky smell in the bathroom. Towels were clean and new however not good water absorption so it was difficult to dry the skin.

I want to express my gratitude for an 11/10 star rating, as the accommodation was incredibly comfortable, particularly the assistance provided by Mr. X and his wife, who, by the way, I didn't get their names (forgot to ask). They were incredibly kind and made us feel as if we were at home. My daughter was unwell and not feeling her best. He went above and beyond to offer the necessary support, his assistance was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely endorse this place to my friends and family.

Rooms weren't huge but also didn't end in 2/3 steps. It was perfect especially the views from the double occupancy room. Breakfast was simple yet filling and more importantly it was homely. The staff were excellent and way more accommodating than expected. Props to Mr Selvam and another older guy for making our stay in an unexpectedly cold Ooty comfortable

Heating inside rooms should've been provided. Even a cheap filament heater would be better than nothing. Nothing else to complain about

We stayed for 1 night in premium and standard rooms. Hotel location is very good. Staff is very polite and efficient. Checkin and checkout are quick. Staff took our luggage to our rooms, served us with a small gift and got breakfast to our rooms. Both rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are also clean. Hot water is available 24/7. Rooms also have electric kettle. Our Driver was also taken care off. Car parking is also available. Overall good value for money. Recommended.

Not of great concern but will be good if room heating is available. However, sufficient blankets are available.

Near and clean Calm and Quite

No heater or AC in the rooms ( when we went the temp was 15 and it was freezing inside the room) so if heater is there then we GMs control the temperature. Bathroom has water heater for clarification purpose.

Even though it was a short stay, the manager & staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were well maintained. Location is nearby ooty lake, so we can explore different locations easily. Special thanks for upgrading rooms without any cost.

Excellent quiet and peaceful place! Very well maintained! Spacious room with Balcony and great views of the surrounding hills and valley! Very polite and friendly staff! Overall excellent place to stay! Car parking available if you bring your own car!
